Julie is absolutely brilliant! She has booked us many holidays, from Majorca to Lapland and with every holiday she has put the same care and dedication into finding the right hotel, area, flights and trips. Julie is extremely committed and dedicated, and she has such a passion for what she does. She makes everything seamless and stress free. Excellent service from start to finish!

Julie has helped me with two important holidays over the past 12 months, a 40th birthday to Venice and a bucket list trip to Orlando. The service she provided from start to finish was brilliant. She just made it really easy and was always on hand to answer any requests, changes or questions. I’ll definitely be booking more holidays through her.

We had the best experience from Julie from start to finish booking a surprise family holiday, everything was as promised and more including the extra touches for a special birthday. Julie is fast becoming my favourite person to message. We have booked 3 holidays through her so far and will be booking many more in the future. Nothing is too much trouble. She finds the best deals in the best locations in the best hotels. Provides full information and meets all our needs. She keeps in touch and provides any updates needed. There’s also been personal touches to our holidays that make the service extra special. I won’t be booking a holiday of my own again ever without going through Julie.

We have recently been away for a friend's wedding and were given the details for Emma Ross by the bride and she has been fabulous! 

We only booked on a couple of months before and had a budget and specific room requirements.
We needed one room that had a partition/door and Emma was able to source a number of hotel/room choices for us to pick from that met our requirements. 

We had a number of questions and queries, with different dates and board basis that we wanted to compare and nothing was too much for Emma. 

Emma made the booking process really easy and has been very helpful with our booking since.
We had a celebration while away and Emma contacted the hotel to arrange something for the room and we also wanted to add swim and football academies onto our booking which Emma also sorted, meaning less stress for us.

We recieved a little suprise through the post from Emma herself before we travelled for our little one to use on the plane which was a lovely and thoughtful touch. 

We have already booked through Emma again and will continue to use her. I would highley recommended her.

I cant thank Sharron enough for booking our recent holiday to Rhodes, we were unsure where to go in Greece but Sharron came back with few options for us. I would highly recommend using Sharron to book your next holiday, she always gives you few options and updates you throughout the full process, she takes all the hassle out of booking your holiday.

We’ve just returned from an amazing holiday to Gran Canaria, all organised by Alex. Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The whole process was stress-free, and Alex went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted for us. Even the little touches like wishing us a safe flight the day of our travels & keeping us up to date with any delays, it did not go unnoticed.
We had such a fantastic time and we’ve already booked another holiday for September! Honestly, we wouldn’t book anywhere else now. Highly recommend Alex for anyone looking for excellent service, stress free and a seamless holiday experience. Thank you again! xxx

Just returned from our latest One Travel Club holiday, we could not have had a better experience.
Julie at One Travel Club suggested a few hotels, from which we selected the Atruim Platinum Luxury Hotel & Spa, in Axia Rhodes.
We had a late arrive and it was much appreciated to see that Julie had gone "the extra mile" having organised a lovely platter of food and fruit and a bottle of wine for us!
The hotel was super, great people, great food (choice of restaurants) and great facilities.
Hotel staff in all roles took the time for a chat to make your stay that much more welcoming.

Kerry from One Travel Club feels like our personal travel agent, honestly, time after time she provides an excellent and friendly service.

On our most recent trip (Chelsea Flower Show) she sourced us great flights and a fabulous boutique hotel literally a two minute walk from the show ground, but not part of the well traversed route by the hundreds of show attendees.

Her communications are always excellent, timely and so informative. I can’t recommend One Travel Club and Kerry enough.

I can't thank Sharron enough for all her help and support when organising our recent trip to Sorrento. Sharron happily answered any queries, found us exactly what we were looking for and no hard sell. In a time of crisis last year when we had to cancel our initial holiday due to a loved one becoming ill and passing away, Sharron went above and beyond to support us through the cancellation process and talked us through step by step what we needed to do next. She emailed all our documentation to me at the hospital so we did not need to leave the bedside. We have just spent a fantastic week in Sorrento, exactly what we needed. A completely personal and professional service from start to finish. We will be back to book more holidays for sure.

Booked through Laura Ash for my family holiday in October & for a lodge in August. Both bookings were so easy and quick, and brilliant prices! Cannot recommend Laura enough.
