Kingston was very helpful, ensure they asked all the right questions to get a quote for me, chatted through whatsapp and was very attentive and did not leave me waiting like some tour operators do! Will keep you in mind for the next trip.

Adriian close was so good and helpful and got me a really good deal, was quick with replys and enquiries:) will defo be booking threw this company again and hopefully with him

Great help and advice on choosing a Disneyland Paris break for my family, via whatsapp. Ruby (Elliot) was very on the ball with the different hotels, flights etc and gave us plenty of options for us to look into.

Kingston assisted me with some great deals for our holiday, he was kind and very helpful.

Anna Clark was the lady that helped me look for a short trip/holiday to Euro Disney. The trip was for myself and a surprise for my 3 daughters. She went out her way to find us one to fit our needs. We couldn’t thankyou enough Anna.

Jordan Parker was excellent! The speed of response especially as the enquiry went out of hours was amazing and very impressive. I was also impressed with the ability of Jordan to find me a good deal even when my parameters were a little vague. I would highly recommend one world travel but especially Jordan. I will certainly be looking to use Jordan for all future enquiries. Thanks

I booked Paris wirh one world and it didn’t disappoint, any questions I had they got answered from Kingston, I got a great deal and everything explained to me in emails after it was booked, I would give this customer service 5* especially after dealing with Kingston his help was 100% ok point

Having made enquiries with regards to a 2 week trip to Thailand with multiple destinations I was contacted by Leo James who went above and beyond to help me find the right schedule for me. He took everything I said on board and delivered the perfect package. Even with all my swapping and changing my mind he was more than happy to help nothing seemed too much for him. Would highly recommend One World Travel and in particular Leo James should you need to plan that special getaway.

Leo James went out of his way to find us our dream holiday. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Many thanks

I received a reply from Kingston, after seeing a multi center holiday I liked the look of in America.
It was a fully explained detailed holiday, which I was so pleased with.
Kingston put all the flight times, all the trains and hotels we would be staying in ar the various places.
I am very pleased .

I have been looking to book a holiday for me and my kids and it’s been the easiest booking I have ever done. The agent Leo James took all the info I gave him and basically planned the whole thing.
