Kat & Shaun from Online Designs have worked for myself and my father on multiple different businesses over the last 4 years.
I can honestly say that they are 2 of the nicest people I have met, they have always helped with initial guidance and free help from the very first message we have sent to them.
They have saved us thousands of pounds in building websites and maintaining them for us at very competitive prices. Every website they have built for us has been very professional, smart & modern. Kat is only ever a WhatsApp message away and is available 24/7. We feel very lucky to have met these guys as they have helped us massively over the years in more than one way. Nothing is ever too much trouble for these guys and Kat has never uttered the words “can’t do” in all the time we’ve used Online Designs. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that’s looking to build a website or start with building there presents online. We have used other people in the past that just take your money and are 4/5 x more expensive than Online Designs and other companies just don’t care about anything else apart from the money where as you couldn’t get further apart from that service when you go with Kat & Shaun from Online Designs. They have always been so helpful and kind, very thoughtful in the way that they have built our websites, always putting a personal touch into things and have always listened to what we want as opposed to what they want to do for us which is just brilliant. There’s not many people like these guys in their industry. Absolutely fantastic services and such a pleasure to work with. I wish we could vote them more than 5 stars as they go above and beyond this rating in my opinion. Thank you Kat and Shaun for everything you have done for us!

Online Designs designed and have hosted my website for a few years now with no problems. But I needed to streamline the site to a more specific style of photography. I came to the team with my new ideas and they have delivered everything I have asked of them. After the initial changes any small updates were dealt with very efficiently. The site is just what I envisioned now, brilliant work from the team.

I initially went to Online Designs for help with improving my website and for their ‘Website SEO and Overview Combined Report’.
The initial website report was reasonably priced and very comprehensive. This alone will help anyone trying to improve their own website.
Kat re-vamped my website, which I had originally designed and built myself. I knew that it didn’t work very well on a mobile, but didn’t realise quite how dated it had become and I had certainly lost interest when it came to SEO and keywords!
Online Designs took my website from a very basic D.I.Y job to a much more professional-looking site. Kat worked with me and appreciated my design input rather than just assuming control and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. Emails were answered promptly in a very friendly manner and anything that I asked for was done almost immediately.

I use Online Designs for my own company's website design, support and domain management, email support and Microsoft support, and have done for years. Kat and Shaun have always been brilliant when I needed them for support for when IT things have gone wrong, thankfully very rarely. But when it has happened, speaking to someone local and friendly, especially at my basic level, is always brilliant! I also run a Marketing Company myself, and have recommended Online for website design and other services to my own customers. Having that human and local touch is very important I think, and sadly lacking in other companies, but very much alive with Online Designs. Long may the relationship continue.

I have gone through a web design review with online designs, the work that they have carried out has been fantastic. The new design fits in with my branding which I hadn't noticed was missing from my original website. The process has been so easy and I have also signed up for one of the monthly packages because I was so impressed with the work carried out. I am now able to handle bookings direct from my website. I can not recommend their services highly enough.

I've had websites done by Online Designs for two companies I'm involved in, and I've recommended them to so many other people I've lost count! If like me you've had a nightmare with other web designers in the past (not listening to the brief, not making requested changes, making unrequested changes, talking gobbledygook!) then Kat and Shaun are a breath of fresh air. If part of the design is better not changed, rather than just not changing it, they will actually explain why it's a bad idea - in plain English too!

If you want a great looking, highly functional website in a style which suits your business and doesn't break the bank I cannot recommend them highly enough. Plus if you need something out of the ordinary (we had specific requirements for what we needed a ticketing app to do), they will go away and research it and come back with solutions. An absolute delight to work with.

We loved working with Kat & Shaun and considering how we took so much time coming back to them with content and images, they never once made us feel pressured.
The great thing about using a local independent company, is simply you get more tailored, one-to-one help with people who really do care!
