Placed an order with this company via this B & Q. Looked at doing a return and emailed the company 3 times with no response. 3 weeks later now having to deal with B & Q directly to do refund. Do not deal with unless you are sure the product is correct

Has anybody ordered the PlayStation 5 from there please let me know??

Is this site a joke. Virtually everything listed is slashed as OUT OF STOCK
Just seems to want you to accept all their cookies, no choice to refuse or amend.

I bought an Indesit 208 litre 60/40 fridge/freezer on 01 February 2022. Within 18 months two plastic covers on the front freezer drawers have snapped and broken. Very poor quality plastic and seem very brittle. Tried contacting Indesit without success; their live chat line is a joke and the contact telephone number is not available. In the last 50 years on average I have bought a new fridge/freezer every 10 years, mainly for an upgrade, but this Indesit is just over 18 months old. Really disappointed in Indesit quality and as a pensioner I can't just replace broken parts continually.

Tried to order goods after first order was received fine and on time, however the Method payment used was Paypal which made sure the goods were insured. attempted to place a second order which was not accepted due to company removing the payment method again Paypal and advertised on the site.
After reading other reviews I have request account closure if Paypal cannot be used, again most products out of stock it seems as if the company advertises items not in stock or have limited items due to job-lot bidding

Absolute joke of a company, no conformation of my order via email or txt ect, no proof that I even purchased anything other than my bank statement. After 2 weeks of waiting I contacted them and was ignored, waited a few more days & chased them up again, this time I got a very short reply stating that my order was lost and they would resend it but here I am days later none the wiser! No tracking number, no communication & still no items.
Don't use these cowboys & go elsewhere!
