This is the third Kitchen we have had from OKS and once again they have gone above and beyond. From the day that you walk in to the final chat, Eve is a marvel, we had a number of meetings to tweak our design which she did on the spot - no waiting or delays - nothing was too much trouble. It was delivered on time as promised and the delivery guys were excellent. As far as quality goes, again 5 star, our installation team commented on how well the units were put together and the quality of fixtures and fittings used. The end result is nothing short of magnificent - we love it

I was recommended to OnlineKitchenStore by my nephew who used their services for his kitchen project. From the very first meeting in person at their impressive showroom, through to delivery and completion of all the units and appliances, they have been first class. Their helpfulness, attention to detail, proactive approach to design ideas and overall customer service has been exemplary. All emails sent were responded to immediately. And their post install help has been great. I cannot speak highly enough of this great firm !

From our very first visit to the showroom, Eve really listened to what we wanted (even when we didn’t always agree with each other!). Eve always replied promptly, kept in touch throughout the process, and even liaised directly with our builders to make sure everything went smoothly.
The result? A beautiful, spacious kitchen we absolutely love – we even have an empty cupboard, which feels like a miracle! When we had a couple of missing handles and a mirror issue after installation, Olly sorted it all out with absolute ease and no fuss.

The whole process felt personal, not just like a sale, and we’ve genuinely felt looked after every step of the way. We’ll be recommending them to friends and family for years to come.

I cannot recommend Online Kitchen Store enough. They were absolutely incredible from start to finish, always super patient with our (many!) changes, and provided great advice that helped shape our final kitchen - which we are absolutely in love with! The attention to detail and customer care throughout the process was outstanding, and we will certainly be back for future projects! Thank you OKS.

The design service is excellent . Eve was a pleasure to deal with and wow... does she know her stuff . A friendly professional approach with no hard sell - just good advice and exceptional customer service . I was recommended to Online kitchens . If I hadn't been recommended I would have been nervous paying a small up front design fee . Now that I have seen the time and work end expertise that goes into designing a kitchen I appreciate and understand why they do this and frankly It was money well spent. The quality of the kitchen units is superb and if there are problems (and there always will be minor hiccups) they are there to find a solutions. They are made locally so amendments are relatively easy. All in all an exceptional experience . We used Chris Durrant from Prestige Refurbishments based in Clophill to carry out building work and fit the kitchen. Again the experience was excellent . Chris is a first class kitchen fitter and he knows and understands how online kitchens work , They recommended Chris and I am so pleased they did , The end result is stunning. A quality well fitted kitchen.

We are very happy with our new kitchen. I honestly couldn't fault anything. The whole team were amazing from start to finish. Eve especially stood out with her attention to detail and not to mention her incredible patience. All the timescales were met. And delivery was seamless. I would definitely would recommend this company.

Amazing experience. Eve was extremely patient with us at getting the design right. We are pleased with the kitchen. There were a couple of glitches but fairly easily resolved and after sales customer service was good too. Price was right too. Thank you to all at OKS.

Received our first order yesterday and am really pleased. The units arrived very well packaged and the delivery guy was really helpful. From the interest taken in our latest project by the order team (inc agreeing some one off items and several changes as the order progressed) through to the quality of the units we have been really impressed. Oh yes - a really competitive price too - So helpful, good price and quality. What's not to like!

From start to finish the help given by Eve to design , advise has been amazing . Production was done exactly on time and delivery . The kitchen units are so well made and very modern on design . I am astounded how my kitchen which has just been completed looks and works for me . I would not hesitate to recommend online kitchens .

The patience they have with changes is top notch, every time I went back I felt bad for asking to see in another colour, however it was no issue!

Amazing experience from start to finish with Online Kitchen Store!!

We were going to use our previous supplier, though was concerned with the numerous negative reviews since their new showrooms opened. Someone we trust recommended Online Kitchen Store (OKS), so we gave them a try

Eve at OKS was engaging & helpful from start to finish - her rendering of our designs were very accurate and tweaks were made to improve the overall
operation & kitchen flow. Considering we have a unique chimney feature, this was mega important for us

A lot of research was made on the appliances we wanted and we were going to use numerous on-line retailers, though OKS beat these prices, offered a better warranty & had NEFF accessories that can only be provided through an approved reseller. Having a single source for all the kitchen was very useful

Their cabinets and draw sizes are markedly superior to main resellers. There are examples within their showroom highlight this, with the important factor that these are made in Ampthill, so very local to us. Their prices were surprisingly competitive and the quality excellent. Doors and options were numerous and the flexibility was incredible

We also chose an excellent local installer (Pretige Refurbishments) and when there were self-imposed issues upon installation, OKS were super helpful with Prestige Refurbishments to get a resolution in place (as where PR)

They helped us chose a superb company for the quartz work surface and the total installation looked amazing. When they went in, I actually said WOW!

Reality exceeded expectations from Eve's initial rendering. I cannot recommend OKS enough. At least get a quote from this company if you are considering a new kitchen. They have helped deliver our dream kitchen
