Horrible service
When I logged into my Google account on my laptop, my notes were there, but when I logged into my desktop computer, they weren't. What's the point of logging in if the notes are only on one device? Second, even though I had my Google session active, my notes disappeared overnight. They literally vanished, as there was no trace of any document or word. This made me desperate because my exams were approaching and I had no study material. I asked for your help to find out why I lost my files, but first your employee concluded that I was the one who deleted the cache. However, I didn't even know how to delete a document from your website. Although I sent three emails asking you to please hurry and do everything possible, you always replied with the same thing: that you were looking into it and would get back to me soon. But you never did. The last email was mine, where I emphasized the need for an answer so I could recover my files, but to this day you haven't responded. That's why I switched to a much more secure platform, Notion. Many people had recommended it to me, but I still decided to stay with you, and I ended up doing very poorly on my exams because of your lack of development.
