I had the same experience and had an extremely upsetting experience during a trial Quran lesson with Abu Bakar. From the beginning of the lesson, I found his behaviour and language towards my 8-year-old son to be completely inappropriate. He used offensive and insulting language, made comments that deeply upset my child, and my son became very distressed and started crying.

I was also extremely concerned by behaviour I witnessed during the lesson that I believed was sexually inappropriate and unacceptable in the presence of a young child. This left my family deeply disturbed and concerned about the safety and suitability of this class.

I was also scared to come forward because I found him to be very abusive, and I was worried about the consequences of speaking out. When we contacted support to report what had happened, they denied our concerns, which made the experience even more upsetting.

Parents should carefully consider who they allow to teach their children and make sure they feel completely confident in the person providing lessons.

I am really pleased with the progress my 4 year old son has made in his Quran classes in just a month. His teacher Umme Hadia has been an excellent teacher, she is very patient with him and explains everything clearly to him. Great online classes and recommend her highly.

I rarely leave reviews, but after waiting over a year to see the consistency and quality of teaching, I felt this review was well deserved. I am genuinely more than satisfied with Online Qurann and the excellent service they provide.

My twin daughters have been learning with two of their teachers, both of whom have been absolutely fantastic. What makes their progress even more remarkable is that neither of my daughters could read or speak Urdu or Arabic before they started; they began completely from scratch. Their development over the past year has been phenomenal. The improvement in their Quran reading, pronunciation, confidence, and overall understanding has far exceeded my expectations.

The teachers are professional, patient, flexible, empathetic, and highly skilled at working with children. They create a positive, supportive, and engaging learning environment that keeps my daughters motivated and eager to learn.

A special mention must go to Hassan, the coordinator/moderator, whose communication, organisation, and support have been exceptional from day one. He is always approachable, responsive, accommodating, and genuinely invested in his students' success.

As a woman living in the west it’s hard to find good Quran teachers , but Allahamdulillah the OnlineQurann team has made it easy . I’ve been paired up with Saima Rasool and she’s been a great teacher . I’ve learned so much about rules of Tajweed and improving my reading . Hassan Ahmed has been great as well at coordinating times for class as well as overall communication to make sure things are going well. May Allah give both Hassan and Saima a high rank in Jannah . The teacher is great! My daughter is making so much progress that she did not with other teachers that I tried before. They can speak in English and Urdu which is very helpful as my daughter doesn’t understand Urdu well. My sisters have also used this same program and their teachers for their kids and they all are very happy with their decision. Highly recommend them!
