Thank you for your time writing a review for us.
I went through our communication to see where we went wrong.
I can confirm that it was a bit confusing for us.
Here is what happened in our record:
1- You placed and order for a Match box assortment car without any specific instruction in our website and we fulfilled your order on time.
2- You send an email and ask if we have specific assortment in stock and we replied with yes confirmation and we asked you to leave us a massage on your order so we know what should be send out.
3- You send another email that you are not happy with your order and want to retune.
So, it was a bit confusing for us, then we tried to give you a call to see if you prefer to retune or exchange but no one answered the phone.
Anyway, please give us a call we keep one FJ90 from that assortment in case you are still interested to have one and sort out the issue as soon as possible.
