I miss Gretal
I miss Gretal. She was my agent and 2 years ago now we had the terrible flood in Florida. I had to cancel 2 cruises because of the Destruction. Somehow your company didn't understand my being upset. Accidently got her on a call in, and she said she wasn't my agent anymore. What happened? Not happy. Did You not understand I am not happy and want Gretal as my agent. Another great vacation booked with Online Vacations
We’d been using Online Vacations for many of our vacation trips. This last cruise was just wonderful and we were so impressed, we looked into booking and booked another one for next year.
We receive emails often with travel deals and our last cruise was a deal we just couldn’t pass up! Our travel agent, Annette, booked us in a cabin that was spectacular and so spacious. She also must have mentioned our wedding anniversary because we were surprised with an anniversary cake that was decorated lovely and delicious.
