There were issues with receiving the trolley on time but we were contacted with explanation and new delivery date. Once the trolley arrived it was exactly as hoped.

My order was delivered quickly despite me changing delivery address after ordering it.
The item wasn’t quite right for me and after contacting the company Ed was very kind and gave me a refund straight away and also contacted me after to update me on what I had mentioned.
He went above and beyond to give a good customer experience. I would definitely use OnlyBirdies again.

The service I received from Ed was exceptional, he made sure I got the trolley when it said I would ( it was a present that I needed here for father's day ) Trolley is great, would definitely buy from them again.

Delivery was quick efficient and without hassle. The trolley arrived a day or two earlier than expected👍.
After opening the trolley I noticed the drinks holder was not in the box. I emailed Only Birdies and they contacted Ben Sayer, the issue was resolved the same day.
I was extremely happy with the prompt service from Only Birdies.

I had never heard of OnlyBirdies before I found them on a google search so thought I would try them out and they were brilliant. Very quick despatch and also very informative as to what was happening with my order. Definitely 5 stars from me.
