I’ve been working here for a while, and so far, my experience has been pretty good. The job definitely has its challenging days, especially when things get slow, but that’s part of the work. It can be tiring sometimes, but I’ve gotten used to it and learned a lot along the way. The people I work with have also been helpful, One thing I really appreciate is that my bosses are very hands-on and always willing to guide me whenever I need help which makes things easier.

We also have sales targets to reach, but they feel achievable because everyone on the team works hard and supports each other. It’s nice to be part of a team where everyone puts in the effort to reach our goals.

I think one of the things that really makes this company stand out to me is the emphasis on continuous learning and improvement. The company understands that although we are experienced chatters we are not exactly perfect hence there is always room for improvement, and they are constantly willing to guide us, teach us, and give us the opportunity to learn and unlearn without criticizing or making us feel little.
Personally, I feel my chatting skills have improved by about 80% since I started. The time, effort, training, feedback, and different measures put in place to help us improve show that the company genuinely wants us to become one of the best chatting teams in the industry.

One thing I think could make the experience even better is having more structured feedback sessions (mostly during Monday meetings)where we can understand exactly what we are doing well and the specific areas we need to improve. This would make the constant corrections feel more like a clear learning process and help us track our growth over time.
Overall, I really appreciate the company’s willingness to invest in our development. The fact that we are encouraged to keep learning rather than simply being expected to already know everything or firing us is something I value a lot.
