Friend loved the gift
Friend loved the gift, just very disappointed in the postage and tracking. Ordered on a Wednesday morning, not delivered until the following Friday. For $16 postage, I'd expect two day delivery. Pay a lot less elsewhere and get it much quicker, even coming from overseas! The tracking was near non-existent through NZ Post, showed it sitting in Auckland for a long time.

Purchased the build your own bereavement care package, and to be able to pick and choose from a range of quality items that would suit the receiver was exactly what I was looking for. Especially appreciate the range of books which is a great practical gift and is something other places didn't offer.

This gift was such a special and loving thing for me to be able to do. It was easy to put together, I was able to choose what I specifically wanted in the package and even write a beautiful handwritten message. Would definitely use On My Mind again!!
