I’ve been using the Total Human packs since 2022 and it’s been an amazing experience. I work in heavy industrial/utilities and it’s long hours, constant travel, and since being in this, I rarely get sick, my energy is steady and consistent. The convenience of the packs too make this a great go to for building blocks. Customer for life!

Ive been ordering my protein powder and MCT oil with ONNIT and they are amazing. I just recently ordered again coz im running out of stocks. I had a notification that my package was delivered and unfortunately I didnt receive it. Ms. Cailee was very helpful on solving my issue. She reordered my products and Im waiting for them to arrive. Good quality product and superior customer service! The products can be a little pricey but if you have disposable income it’s worth it.

Placed an order. Somehow address got mixed up. Chatted with bot that lead me to person immediately. They responded next morning and fixed the issue immediately. Great service.

I submitted a ticket for skipping a month of my subscription and Cailee responded immediately having resolved the issue. This responsiveness is what I come to really appreciate from Onnit along with the effectiveness of their Total Human product that keeps me performing on a high level daily.

Customer service, better than I thought possible. I forgot to manage my subscription. I got charged at a bad time and the charge not only was fixed promptly, within the hour of my email, but fixed no questions asked.

I should start by saying that every product I have ever bought from Onnit exceeds expectations.
I have deleted a previous review of this company from early last year and am happy to be writing a completely different review this year.
Last year at this time logistics were a nightmare with this company. I don't know who they fired or who took their spot, but it is night and day. Orders & shipping are a breeze and problem-free. I'm glad I stuck it out with this company because the products are worth it.

Cailee B. helped me out. My order had been forgotten about by me and it was charged to my account months after I had forgotten about it and it was sent to a previous address I had lived. Cailee helped to cancel the order, return it to the warehouse(?) and refunded me my money back. Out of the many negative user interactions I have read I am appreciative that I was a recipient of a very positive interaction. Thank you Cailee. (no she did not pay me to endorse her. she was just nice and truly helped me out) You're a real one!

I love the products, especially Total Human. I have been taking it daily for 3 years and overall health and bloodwork has improved. The Onnit loyalty points system does stink and needs to be rebranded.

Went online to purchase the rest of the primal kettlebells just to find out they sold themselves out and threw away their brand, customers, reputation and fitness products entirely. For none other than just basic supplements you can find in many other brands.
Plenty of better supplements out there with similar or better ingredients to give them business.
They hadn’t come up with new creative products for quite a few years anyways.
I was hoping to find different kettlebells other than just the primal or Star Wars when I came back to buy more, but only found disappointment in an empty catalogue of once amazing products from a great brand that no longer exists.
They really said “Products? Customers? Yeah we don’t need them”

Chat bot sent me to a customer service rep that sent me items I needed and more. Great service and help.

I used to use my onnit digital content all the time, and then I stepped away due to injury. I just started getting back into the routine/mindset of fitness and was looking forward to some of the programs, only to find that they were no longer hosted. I reached out to Customer Support, and then they immediately helped me get access to the content. I know they have been going to through changes, but the Customer Service has always been and continues to be spot on.

I really think that the Alpha Brain works to help me focus and fire up my brain...for anyone not wanting to take meds for ADHD, this is a good alternative. Seems to have diminished after a few months of use, so I may try to just use it when I really need it vs. daily.

I've been purchasing both supplements and courses from Onnit for years now. Recently I came to do a very simple task: Update my email address. After going through the process on their site I could no longer sign into my account. I email support numerous times for the past month and have received no response. I had a large amount of points I hadn't redeemed yet and I can no longer access the video courses I purchased.

Saying I'm disappointed and frustrated would be an understatement.

Leider meldet sich und nicht per E-Mail zurück. Ich habe ihn vor einigen Tagen geschrieben und keinerlei Rückmeldung erhalten. Sie schicken mir das Geld nicht zurück. Achtung dieser Onlineshop hält seinen Garantie und Rückgaberichtlinien nicht ein.

This company is a fraud, they will charge you a subscription, not cancel, and never send the product. DO NOT USE THEM!!!
