The site is very easy to use and the selection is great. I especially love the good choice of airports... more than any other holiday site I've used. The prices are good too and it's nice to be able to pay in installments. I got our holiday for quite a bit less than another site was asking, and I was able to choose the airport closest to our resort, and not 2 hours away.

Nightmare holiday service
Holiday in Icmeler flying between Manchester and Dalaman booked a few days before travelling on 09.08.2026.
Issues around flights being changed the day before we flew which meant we lost a whole day. We had booked airport parking and a hire car based on original flights. We spent approximately 20 hours attempting to speak with someone from On the Beach regarding this, hoping to get our original flight reinstated as I had checked and seats were still available. Spent hours on OTB live chat. We were repeatedly cut off. After many hours agent cut us off and informed us she wouldn't help us as she had other people to attend to. There was no resolution. Her attitude was appalling. The service provided by OTB was totally inadequate causing us a high level of stress.
Our return flight was then also changed.
We will never book another holiday with them. You cannot speak with human beings. There is no support or assistance. They are taking money under false pretences as the do nothing to support customers.
This is the second holiday with them during which they have provided inadequate service, previously around the quality of accomodation which the refused to address. I was foolish enough to give them the benefit of the doubt. DO NOT USE!

Only complaint is the taxi driver on the way back to faro drove extremely fast and was quite ignorant. Other passengers felt the same . Otherwise holiday was fine .

Any holiday i book i always added my 2 x 20kg bags which would be included in the total price of the holiday you choose. Now i just happened to notice thank god that the bags added was changed to 10kg only by chance did i see it. There was no notification at all from them of the change. Typical as usual from a big company not notifying their customers of the changes. It was not stated at the added bag choice on the start of my search

In july 2025 7 of us decided to book a holiday for october 2026. Holiday is fully paid for.
4 of us have now been told our hotel is overbooked and they want us to go to a conpletly different resort. This is totally unexcepable.
Cant speak to a human to try and resolve this just chatbots

Never again
Never again, the customer service is appalling. We never once got speaking with a human, it was always the bot with generic, automated questions and the live chat was always closed.
We spent big money on a cruise and I spent two days trying to get our boarding passes to no avail. We’re 5 days out and still no response from them or boarding pass. They didn’t even add the booking to my account on the app.
The whole experience with ‘onthebeach’ has been a nightmare and we’re experienced travellers!!!
