Towels were slow to arrive despite almost daily updates. I did like the detailed instruction on care. They seem soft but a little thinner than I would have imagined and not overly absorbing. I have only washed them a few times so I can’t comment on durability. I thought they were ok acceptable but probably overhyped for luxury towels

Not as advertised .
The towels I received are not as advertised. They do not get softer with washing and drying. Excessive linting in dryer. Are not fluffy, absorbent or soft. Very disappointed.
Wonderful response from Romeo. Offered full refund or replacement. Refund was initiated promptly. GREAT customer service with apology.

Worth the Price, Worth the Quality
These are the best towels I've ever purchased. Great absorption, plush, warm, and highly absorbent. I am looking at getting a hand towel set to go with my bath towels. I'm addicted to Onuia!

LOTS of LINT!
The towels are very soft but they also shed a lot of lint. After 3 washes the lint filter in the dryer is still capturing a heavy amount of lint. The lint also sticks to other clothes. My feeling is these are nice towels, notwithstanding the lint issue but they are overpriced.

I ordered $900 worth of towels and despite telling Onuia several time that UPS and FEDEX were the only shippers that worked with our address, they shipped USPS twice and the towels still have not arrived after 6 weeks. Customer service is unresponsive. There is no phone number to call. This is the worst ecommerce experience I have ever had.

Mediocre product, good customer service
Towels are not plush—kinda thin—so the luxury of the Egyptian cotton doesn’t come through. Also, they fouled up my order twice. Took 3 times to get it right. This would be 2 stars if Emily hadn’t provided such responsive email support. Also they let me keep what they incorrectly shipped the first two times. So 5 stars for customer service, 2 for product and 2 for fulfillment.
