We have reached out to you via email to review your research logs and the COA with you directly to ensure your study remains on track and to find a 5-star resolution.

Hi there, we take the integrity of our research compounds and our reviews very seriously. Upon reviewing our inventory and sales records, we have noted a significant discrepancy: Onyx Biolabs does not sell or manufacture a 20mg vial of Tesamorelin.
Because you are describing a product that does not exist in our catalog, we are unable to verify this as a legitimate purchase. We have invited you to provide an Order Number for verification, but as we do not stock the item you described, we will be continuing our dispute with Trustpilot to have this fraudulent content removed.

Fast service helping with my problem
I had originally posted that I was having difficulty getting my package shipped and communication. They got back to me within an hour and had all of the tracking information and knew exactly where it was and when it was shipped and packaged right down to the minute. Apparently, in an email that I received to show me how to track it. It must’ve been sent by a different carrier so that was discrepancy, but they stepped right up and helped smooth everything over and I look forward to my packages writing soon.
