Overall I've been happy with Opensend. Set up was easy, their team did basically everything for us. Implementing with Klaviyo was a breeze and we started seeing additional revenue come in really quickly.

This company is not good for b2b. Do not let them fool you. 99% of the contacts you get are Gmail and peoples personal email (not their work email). Rarely can they even tell you what company the person works at.
