Please avoid this garage and save yourself the frustration. The people working here are dishonest and unprofessional. I wrote an initial review and was told that if it wasn't removed, they wouldn't perform the service I paid for and that I would get 'banned off the premises'.
My car had its MOT done here and it failed. They quoted me over £500 for the repairs.
They charged me £54 for the test +10.80 VAT. On their website it says they charge only £48 for a MOT and as far as I'm aware, an mot is vat-exempt. I paid £64.80 altogether for my test and, unfortunately not knowing this when I paid, that is above the HMRC mot price cap.

We contacted Open Valley Roofing initially to install 4 caps on the chimneys to stop birds nesting. Whilst the roofer was on the roof, he raised a concern that the chimney was near in collapse and needed to repaired as soon as possible. The team at Open Valley Roofing arranged for scaffolding to be installed and promptly rebuilt the chimney. They provided a quick resolution to the problem and worked professionally. I would recommend there services to anyone needing a dependable roofing contractor.
