I bought a server from this company, after some days, the server network was down, support team tried to convince me that I was responsible!!!
After a lot of digging around I found out that they have blocked me on their firewall, and when I complained they just offer a reinstall, so all of my data was lost!
and their excuse was that it was an accidental block!

While a reinstall was offered as an immediate solution (reinstalling service, would refresh the external firewall too), we understand this was not satisfactory. however, a reinstall could not happen without your confirmation of data loss!

My experience has been amazing with support. They assisted me with doing some configurations that is outside their scope and they did it all for me and never complained. The server is stable and run smoothly with no lags. The quality and graphics could be smoother and a bit crispier but good. Would definitely recommend to other looking for a great RDP access with a great support staff.

Slowest internet rdp in the world
Slowest internet rdp in the world . It litterly takes 1 hour to download 290mb file . I asked them to fix my internet speed but they replied you have to wait our internet is 50 mbps and it is devided among all users . When the load is less you will get speed . This is completely lie . I have been using the rdp for more than a week and the internet was never good not a single time . If they can fix the internet i will update my review

I am glad you brought this topic up so we can explain it clearly.
Indeed, the Internet speed is shared between several RDP users, but you always get a minimum of 100Mbps download/upload speed.
As we suggested and you tried the "https://www.speedtest.net/", the results showed 93Mbps Download and 138Mbps Upload.
But your quote on this result was: "See here a bullshit lie speed . I can’t download 300mb file . It takes hours to just download that"....
As you may know:
1. the file you wish to download is hosted/stored on another server; when you download it, the host server should upload it to you as well. So, if the host server upload speed goes low, your download speed will also decrease.
2. The other factor is the distance from your RDP location(Dubai) to the host server location. For example, if you download a file from a USA server, the speed will be lower than if you download a file from a Pakistan server.
If you do not belive the "https://www.speedtest.net/" results, you can download from a different source and find out the actual internet speed.
We already explained these and suggested some solutions through ticket/email on the same day you reported the problem, but it seems you are not checking the ticket/email replies.
We still look forward to hearing from you on the ticket.

bought a dedicated server with Proxmox. they deliverred in 2 hours. but disks were not configured as I wished.
So I had to ask for OS reinstallation.
The live support is real and awesome, handelled problem in 10 minutes without OS reinstallation.
server uptime was 100% for last 3 months, hope this continue as it is.

I understand how network stability is essential. I have reviewed your account and noticed you are trying to use VPS to connect to a country where most network routing passes are blocked or manipulated by the government continuously. This may give you the worst experience.
Unfortunately, we couldn't do much about this since we have no control over there.
You can constantly challenge our network by pinging to a stable destination like Google (8.8.8.8); if there is any problem, Yes, we are responsible for that.
