Beautiful well made products. Customer service is exceptional I would recommend to anyone I know, if you enjoy wearing distinct, original looking jewellery this is the place for you.

Necklace never delivered, still trying to get a refund..adverts look very professional do not be fooled..customer service takes forever to respond and just keep procrastinating..

Purchased a gold Victoria bangle that I decided to return a month has past and I have no bracelet and no refund. I have sent multiple emails which are being ignored continuously.

I had a wee problem with my first order, but was so impressed with customer services. Issue sorted very quickly and I am loving my new necklace. Good weight and shine and have had several comments about it.
Not sure where the negative reviews in relation to customer service are coming from.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS YOU WILL BE THROWING MONEY DOWN THE DRAIN. I CAN ONLY PRESUME THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE FAKE THIS COMPANT IS A SCAM!

I have sent emails to this company a number of times and I am yet to receive a response. I would just like my faulty item to be repaired. So much for life time guarantee. I’m unable to get hold of anyone !

This necklace was exactly what I was looking for. I wear it everyday, and I’ve received many compliments with people asking where I got it from. Delivery was super quick too!

Purchased a silver bracelet which the catch broke on within a couple of weeks. No phone number to contact them so have tried many times via email. I have returned the bracelet to them as per their policy and now have no bracelet and no refund either

Bought the chain link bracelet, my second purchase and third piece from Opes and I’m thrilled! It’s lightweight, which at first I thought I might not like but actually do! I hardly ever take it off much like my snake chain necklace which has basically never left my neck in 9 months! Can’t wait to see this bracelet become another jewellery staple for me! Already thinking of getting the chain link necklace to match!!!!

Beautiful jewellery. I looked on numerous sites for new pieces of jewellery and came across Opes Robur by chance. I ordered the 3 in 1 gold necklace & I absolutely love it. Get loads of comments when I wear it.
I'll be buying more items soon.

My son asked me to buy him this silver, padlock necklace. He really loves it, and even wears it to work now. It looks nice on, and is just the right weight, not to light and not too heavy. Good quality at a good price. Some of his work colleagues (male and female) have also given positive opinions on the necklace too. One very pleased customer! Thank you!!

2.5 Months and still nothing! Haven’t received missing items and nobody replies to emails despite this so called period of 2 weeks of technical issues being the reason in my previous review.
I cannot think of a single online retail experience in which I have witnessed such a shocking lack of customer service.

Ordered three pieces of jewellery on 31.05.2022. It's now the 14.09.2022 and I'm still to receive two of the items in my order! Despite multiple attempts to contact Opes Robur they have failed to refund me for the two items or dispatch them. Complete lack of internal communication has meant my case is passed from pillar to post with no resolution in sight. So disappointed!
Contacting trading standards as a last resort

I placed my order just before the postal strike. I wrote in asking why it was taking so long and the response from customer service was prompt and helpful.
The items arrived and I absolutely love the pieces I bought. The quality and finish of the jewellery is very good and have got so many complements when wearing them. I ordered 2 silver bracelets and the triple chain love necklace. Will be buying again as presents for friends and family

Lovely bangle beautifully made

This the first time I have purchased from this store and I will definitely do it again I purchased two padlock 40cm necklaces (one silver one gold ) they were exceptional value for money.
I unfortunately had to contact customer service but there response was quick and extremely efficient and rectified to high standards

No customer service, do not answer emails or online chats. Think the company is a SCAM

I was gifted 3 bangles from Opes Robur, one fell off and I lost part of it. The company replaced it with an alternative promptly. As they have such fantastic items I have since purchased items as gifts, I received them but no gift packaging just pouches (probably my error on ordering); I emailed and now they're sending some. I think the jewelry is stunning and the guarantee gives confidence when buying them.

Great gold layered chain necklace and fantastic customer service. I’ve recently ordered another everyday wear necklace also from Opes Robur and can’t wait for it’s arrival! Would definitely recommend!
