If I could give 0 stars I would… Placed an order in March 2023, got an email a few days later to advise due to logistical issues my order would be delayed… but they advised once available it would be sent out next day delivery. But.. this is where the issues arose.. I contacted via online chat at end of March, was told it was to be sent the following week. Surprise surprise, nothing received! A few attempts to contact using both online chat and IG but could not get any response.. finally got a response mid April to advise it was passed to courier. Still no order. After another 4 weeks of asking for an update, I was told the issue was with the courier and it would be reissued.. I received an email from Evri to advise they had my order, a few days later it was ‘delivered’ not to me but back to the company.. Since then no response to any messages I have sent either about the order or my request for a refund.

I have now been waiting over 4 weeks for my order, it was supposed to be on next day delivery. Communication is terrible, no one replies to any emails or the online messenger service. Do not buy from this company

Ordered bracelets on May 25th for birthday 5th June. Received an email on Friday 26th May to apologise there was a logistics issue they would be sent on a next day delivery. They would contact once delivered. Still not received and missed birthday, sent emails no response and sent messages on their new communication tool on website no response. I have used company before never had an issue like this I will not be using again. Once again still awaiting refund.I will be reporting to the trading standards this morning!!!

I bought the Victoria bangle back in December and all three stones fell out - advised to send back to them, which I did to get my replacement, but still NOTHING HAS ARRIVED!!

Also the screws from the 2 other bracelets I have, keep coming out!

I am without a Victoria bangle and unable to use 2 bracelets in fear that the screws will fall out!

Absolute sham of a company. I ordered a necklace SEVEN weeks ago and received an email FOUR weeks ago saying it had been dispatched. The package never arrived so I contacted them via their only option, a chat box. Messages went unanswered so I left a review on their website for the item. This review was never published but their founder Jake, contacted me apologising and told me that they had seen my item had not been dispatched and they would send it the next day via next day delivery. Over a week later it still hasn’t arrived, they’re not replying to my messages or request for a refund and the review still hasn’t been published on their website. They’ve since sent an email blaming Royal Mail and stating they’re using a different delivery service but my item has still not been delivered. I think they’re just a scam/fraudulent set up at this point. I’ve reported them to trading standards and by the looks of things, they’re buying reviews to boost their ratings on here.

DO NOT use this company to buy anything at all. I ordered my wife a bracelet for mothers day on 11th of March and got an email reply saying I would be notified when it was sent. I have still not received the order to this date 28th of May. I have contacted the company multiple times to see about this, however, I have had no reply. They have essentially taken my money and not given me the item I have purchased - any time I have tried to contact them about this I have had no reply. This is essentially theft to my view and the company is not to be trusted one bit. Do yourself a favour and buy from elsewhere.

I bought two items in December 2022. They arrived promptly and in lovely packaging - pretty box tied with a bow tissue paper and authenticity card. Really pleased with the bracelet and ring so no issues at all. I was a happy customer 😀. HOWEVER I ordered a bracelet last July. A week went by and no delivery. Tried to contact by email, phone and social media but heard nothing. I emailed them 5 times chasing my order and finally received a response informing me that my bracelet must have got lost in the post and another one would be sent by 24 hour shipping. Another week and finally it arrived in a scruffy padded envelope with no box or anything! I decided to return it for a full refund as I was so fed up and disappointed. Had to chase up numerous times until I eventually received my refund. I was totally unimpressed with the whole experience and unfortunately I will never use them again.

I ordered 3 items on 10 March. I promptly received an email telling me one item was out of stock but would be sent as soon as available. The other two items arrived the next day. I was initially impressed. Sadly one of the items I ordered broke the first time I wore it.
I emailed, messaged on social media, used their chat customer service (which is allegedly their only way of communicating and I’ve never had one reply from!)
When I finally wrote publicly on their social media I received a DM (what a surprise!) stating a replacement necklace and my bracelet would be sent out the next day.
I still haven’t received either and no tracking information or confirmation email.
I think I gave them the benefit of the doubt (2 months!!!) and now I’m just beyond fed up with wasting my time.
EDIT: after absolutely tons of messages on Facebook, Instagram and the chat system I FINALLY received my product. Over 2 months after ordering. The blame was put on Royal Mail by the company.
I would only get a reply to my messages if I prolifically posted on their public social media.
Those who are still waiting for products or refunds PERSEVERE.

Very swift and efficient delivery!
On receiving the package it was packaged well and it was so shiny and beautiful when I took it out, it’s unique in design.

Have never felt so let down by a company!! Am sure their products are lovely but my order was dispatched 3rd May, you cannot speak to anyone, cannot email them and live chat just gives you the same automated message!! This WAS supposed to be a present. So now requested a refund through my bank as fed up with getting the same message. Would never recommend this company I'm afraid.

Order didn’t arrive, which can happen and isn’t entirely in their control. But after 3 days of trying to contact the company, I’ve had no contact from them or any apparent effort to sort the issue. Their customer service seems almost nonexistent. I’m now trying to get a refund through my credit card provider.

I ordered jewellery from here. It came quickly and is top quality. The chunky feel is great and she loved what I got for her.

I wish I'd read the reviews before placing an order.
Placed my order and received regular email updates, with a confirmation that my order had been dispatched on Wed 3rd May. When it still hadn't arrived by Tuesday 9th I began to try and contact them - which is proving a challenge. I first sent an email, and received the autoreply telling me to use the "live" chat. This turns out to be more auto responses which send you in a continuous circle - and I've yet to have any response. This morning I tried the phone number, which rings for a little while before yet another auto message kicks in telling me to email the first email address I tried!!?? I looked at social media but surprisingly enough there is no option to comment on their Instagram account - I wonder why? I'm pretty sure my order isn't going to materialize, which is a disappointment as it was intended as a birthday gift for my daughter. Thank goodness I paid via Paypal and hopefully can get a refund at some point in the future.

I love the items this company has to offer.
I bought a triple chain necklace and it's the perfect statement piece to add to an outfit.
The quality is great and it's waterproof and non fading so it will last!!
Delivery was quick and the packaging was cute.
I will be collecting pieces from this site for a long time.
