I have been participating in a VLN cigarettes study since last year but I'm yet to be paid after completion of study and it has exceed a month of payment I have reached out to Lily regarding payment for the completed study but I haven't received any reply regarding my payment or date schedule for it, its been 2 months now after I participated in the study kindly reach out @Lily

I completed a survey on February 9th, I was made to understand that payment will take 2-3 weeks. It's been over a month without receiving my incentive, I have sent out emails to "lily" no reply it's frustrating you don't behave this way.

Surveys are interesting and love the incentives.

So far, all of my experiences have been very positive with Opinion Health. I've very much enjoyed taking part in their surveys and think they are very fair when it comes to compensation. I highly recommend getting set up and registered with them and share your opinion!!

Opinion Health survey is the best, and it doesn’t take time to complete and the compensation comes easily without wasting no time.

The studies are okay but the wait to get paid out is literally ridiculous.

I have done a few surveys/study’s for Opinion Health and I enjoy them and they always compensate as well.. Great Opportunity for anyone who is just scrolling through their phone Anyway.

Completing the surveys are simple and not that time consuming. The only downfall is the time to get your incentive. You will get paid, however, it will take longer than expected.

I completed a survey for Opinion Health with the clear understanding that payment for each completed phase would be made within 3–5 weeks, as stated by the company. Unfortunately, it has now been over 8 weeks (and counting) and I have still not received any payment.
I have contacted Opinion Health multiple times and keep being told to write to a staff member named Lily. I have done so repeatedly, yet none of my emails have received a response. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
What makes this worse is that I am clearly not the only one affected. I have seen many other participants raising similar complaints across different social media platforms about delayed or missing payments. This suggests a systemic issue, not an isolated case.
Instead of repeatedly telling people to “email again,” Opinion Health should proactively review all emails from the past several weeks or months, identify participants who are owed payments, and settle these debts without further delay. Participants should not have to chase endlessly for money they legitimately earned.
If Lily is responsible for handling these matters, then there is a serious problem with communication and accountability. Ignoring emails while payments remain outstanding is unacceptable.
I strongly urge Opinion Health to:

Review all unpaid cases immediately
Respond to outstanding emails
Pay all participants who are overdue, including myself

Until this is resolved, I cannot recommend this company to others.

I can honestly say I loved using the app. I believe it will be a tool that will be able to help a lot of people. The people that work for the company you're absolutely wonderful. They're so nice and kind and help with anything that you might have a problem with.I highly recommend anyone to give this app a try.

Sometimes meeting the criteria can be a little exhausting, but if you have the time they are definitely worth working with. Fast and easy reimbursement and trustworthy.
