I reached out to customer service when I learned a new order had been processed for me. I have a lot of unpopped corn so I didn't want to stack more. I requested a cancellation on this order. The customer service people were able to accommodate my request without me needing to jump through hoops. This was an excellent transaction. I will be wanting that order in the near future and will be glad that I am getting it from a company that takes care of their customers.

One of the worst experiences I had for a company. I got a damaged box in the mail, i reached out to customer services and was told that they don't take returns. It was more than frustrating.

This company is a scam. They charged my for items I didn’t approve like a $10 gift card. After I gave them a bad review they wanted to BUY me to change the review! Who does that?

The quality of their product is comparable with Costco’s and their price is 10 times higher.

I am giving 1 star because there is not a zero star!!!
Big mistake, I ordered 2 discovery kits.
Bad choice of popcorn type to start with. Should have used tender white kernels. The popcorn is loaded with husks to jam in your teeth and lot's of salt. We only ate a small amount, it is very chewy and threw out the rest.
I am going to throw what's left of 2 kits out to the animals, if they will eat it.

I had an issue trying to use a BOGO link from Facebook. The order processed without the discount. I left a rather scathing review. However, customer service canceled the incorrect order and sent me a direct link to get the BOGO offer. They were prompt and courteous despite my unwarranted wrath. I appreciate the people at Opopop and I am sincerely looking forward to trying the popcorn upon arrival.

Excellent service

There was a little misunderstanding and confusion with my address and my package was delivered to another address but Opopop replaced my order and it was delivered to the correct address within a week my order was delivered and I was a happy customer and very satisfied… great work Opopop!!
