ordered glasses back in febuary and still have not received them been lied to 3 times about when they would be shipped out. refuses to refund

I ordered prescription goggles for my husband to ride in. The prescription was perfect but the goggles were not goggles. First of all they did not fit snugly over any face, including large & small men and a woman. There was no flexibility and no way of fitting. Secondly, there were openings in either side of the goggles. Completely unsuitable for riding. The company said they were as shown, so I guess I didn’t get my magnifying glass out to look closely at the photo. If you look up the definition of goggles, these do not fit the bill. The company offered a discount - first 35%, then 40% off my next order but I don’t feel comfortable ordering from a company that gives such a shoddy product and doesn’t stand behind their product. I won’t be ordering from this company again and if you check any other review I’ve ever given, I always give 5 stars as believe if you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say it. I’m making an exception for this as I feel that low income people may try to order due to price point. In this case you don’t even get what you pay for.

This company is a rip off. I wish I looked at the reviews first! This is a cheap Chinese rip off company. I ordered shop prescription safety gasses. They never gave me an expected delivery date. Every time I wrote to them, they answered with, "do you want these for reading"? They did this over and over again. After about the 8th time I told them to cancel my order and I want my money back. I filed a dispute with my credit card company. Never use this company. I will only go to reputable establishments and pay the extra money.

Terrible customer service
I ordered sunglasses with the description, blue mirrored lenses and added my prescription to them. The glasses I got did not have blue mirrored lenses even though it was clearly seen on my order. The company refused to make it right. Only saying sorry for the inconvenience. You get what you pay for cheap price, cheap customer service, won’t stand behind their product.

Horrible I mean horrible they messed my prescription up so bad I can’t even think about wearing them or it hurts my eyes

I’ve bought two pair of prescription sunglasses. After two months, each frames broke in the same spot. They then talked me into buying other frames stating that these frames are better and that my lenses would fit. They didn’t fit. When sending a email to them explaining what is wrong they asked which order number and asked what’s wrong now. This place is a joke. Customer service doesn’t exist.

I received my glasses on March 19 (progressive focus) and couldn't wear them because the transition "look from afar - look closely" is off the mark... Headache, nausea... I contacted customer service and followed an endless chain of emails with insane requests that were more than others (determining where the progressive focus should be, going to the optometrist to "help them determine what's wrong..."). I asked for a refund several times, impossible... I've already bought glasses several times from Zenni and Firmoo, I've never had any problems

I have been dealing with optical factor for months, their glasses frame broke within days and wasnt wearing them either when they broke at the nose piece area and had 2mm gaps as well which I took photos of 3 days prior.
They did replace them with a different frame type however the lenses were the incorrect perscription and unusable and after over a dozen emails theyre still not refunding the money and messing me around. Do not waste your time and money as theyre not a reputable company and products are really poor quality with no quality control and ordinary customer service.

the sunglasses that I ordered had such a large nose spacing that the glasses sat way down on my nose. The terrible fit was only the first problem. They were also way too heavy. Their customer service would not do anything about the terrible fit.
The glasses were unusable and I threw them away.

They sent me the wrong color lenses. I would never have chosen these that I got. They offered me a 35% discount on my next purchase, which actually everyone gets, anyways, so it’s not even a real offer. 90$ down the drain.

They sent me glasses with the wrong prescription and blamed it on me. Their quality assurance is awful, customer service awful. I am now stuck with un usable glasses and out 50$. Dont waste your time or money using this place.

This store is a scam. They made glasses that do not match my prescription and did not include the photochromic lenses I paid for. They refuse to issue a refund and do not follow their own terms and conditions. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE — YOU WILL GET SCAMMED.

Frame snapped whilst wearing. Contacted OF who said they only warranty their glasses for 60 days. Take out about 30 days for delivery and you essentially only get about 1 month warranty. Not good enough. Quality very poor and so is after sales service. Avoid them at all cost

Ordered Noah multi-lens sports glasses with Rx insert for skiing and cycling, which arrived relatively quickly. The Rx inserts worked pretty well and improved my distance vision. However, the frame broke the first time I tried to change a lens. OF reponded quickly and sent a new set of glasses, without the Rx insert (which was fine). These frames lasted a bit longer but broke in virtually the same place. This time they offered a 35% then 40% discount on new glasses. This would be throwing good money after bad and I gave up. Cheap and nasty frame materials - do not waste your $$$.

They completely don’t understand the U.S. eyeglass prescription. When I put the glasses on, the distance between me and the ground feels like it’s cut in half.

Frames arrived bent and lens popped cuz they were sent from China in nothing but a flimsy plastic case and an envelope.

This company is a complete nightmare — DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I placed an order on February 11, 2026, and over a month later, I still haven’t received my glasses. Anyone saying their shipping is fast is lying. Here’s why this company is absolutely terrible:

1. Phone support is a joke
The listed phone number doesn’t work. They force you to use a chat box or email support — and responses take forever. You can’t actually talk to a human to solve problems.

2. Ridiculous delays
A simple glasses order shouldn’t take a month. This delay is unacceptable.

3. Lies and confusing updates
I was emailed that my glasses shipped — but no tracking. When I asked, they admitted the glasses had a “quality issue” and had to be remade. No accountability, no honesty.

4. Out-of-stock nonsense and refund refusal
Then I’m told my frames are out of stock. I request a cancellation and a refund — and they stonewall me. Multiple denials, endless back-and-forth. Then suddenly the frames are “back in stock” and my order ships. Completely ridiculous.

5. Misleading shipping info
They claim to be U.S. and Asia-based, yet everything ships from China. If they were truly U.S.-based, orders wouldn’t take a month to arrive.

Bottom line: This company is garbage. Customer support is nonexistent, shipping is absurdly slow, and refunds are impossible. Pay more somewhere else and actually talk to a real person.

I would give them ZERO stars, but I had to pick one. This company does not deserve your money. Never again

They adversity. Same brand images but send you dollar store junk quality. Do not buy here it’s a scam

Ordered some cheap sports glasses, they seem to work good, nice for the price.
