As many others have stated, the items that were received were not as advertised. The color of the items received was off for the bag (I chose the alloy pink color), and it did not have the logo, which is clearly visible, on the pictures of the website. The bottle I ordered also came in a box with a different company name. No where in the package was the name of the company. When I emailed to ask about returning the items, they were happy to accept the return as long as I paid the return fee, which is unacceptable considering that the reason for the return is false advertising of what I was receiving. I told them that I don't think I should have to pay for this and listed the reasons again, just to be told that I was the one that picked the logo-less options, which is a lie since there were no "logo-less" option on their site or during checkout. Throughout the process, while they were responsive, they kept lying and said it was my fault that I chose the incorrect items. As a warning, in their FAQs they also said that for any returns to email them, but if you do need to return an item then you need to pay for these expenses for it yourself. When I tried to take it to my credit card company, they unfortunately did not accept my claim and I was out the money. It is really upsetting since I was honestly looking forward to receiving these items.
Team was attentive about the shipping and made sure they held my hand through the international shipping process. Was responsive and made sure they were there to help during troubleshooting even when it was my fault. Great professionalism.

I ordered the magnetic bag. The delivery took a while, but I got the product and the fabric and stitches are pretty neat. However the magnets got ripped off after a month of usage. The magnets are just glued onto the fabric from the inside, there are no "pockets" to hold them in place, so now they got attached to each other into one big clump and the bag is effectively useless
I ordered and received my items within about 1 month- I didn't realize they were an international company- products being shipped from Hong Kong. I wanted an USA product. I reached out and got information for how to return the items- I ended up needing to return to Canada- google makes it look like a residential address (sketch) I now have the package at customs being held with UPS for a broker- I am getting no assistance from UPS or them on what to do. This is beyond a frustrating experience. i DO NOT recommend to purchase with them. Go with an American product- Magnetic Bag Company- they are legit & in the US with shipping my order within 3 business days. You can tell from their website that it was spoofed by Optiiforce!
Also- comparing both products side by side- Optiiforce was definitely a less superior product VS the Magnetic Bag Company- not worth the pricing of Optiiforce for such a cheaply made item and non working magnetic water bottle.
Delivery took at least two weeks which was too long in my opinion. Upon receipt of the product I realize it’s not going to work for me and I immediately emailed the company request requesting a refund. That was 2.5 days ago and I have not heard back. I messaged them over Instagram today and have not heard back. I do not recommend this company or product based on my experience
Scam company. Optiiforce has a nifty little scam they're running: false advertising (the magnetic bottles don't work as advertised, not even close), followed by no negative reviews allowed on their website (as well as fake positive reviews), a vague refund policy that they never honor, and then when you initiate a chargeback, they give you a fake shipping address that costs nearly $100 to send bottles back to, only for them to be returned to sender. This keeps you in limbo with the credit card companies and keeps you busy and occupied with the fake return process. Stay far, far away from these scammers.
Although my first order took a little longer than expected, I received a really nice message from customer service. The company is new and things are still getting their bearings, but I experienced honest and good service. They even offered me the newest model instead, which I think was a really good solution.
Since then, my order has been handled professionally, and I have now received my new gear. I am really looking forward to using it and spending many good hours in the gym.
If only I could train in peace – right now I spend a lot of time answering where I bought it 🫣
Optiiforce is basically a scam. I accidentally placed a double order and reached out to cancel within minutes. They didnt email me back or even reply until I put a hold on my credit card. The bag from the original order zipper broke before I even used it... it was literally the first time I tried to zip and unzip it. Customer Service was horrible would only pay for the return if I took the hold off of my credit card, which means I'd take the risk of hoping they actually refund me. They don't let you cancel orders, you can get a refund if you pay for return shipping to ship it back to them. Super poorly made. Couldn't be more disappointed.
There has been no contact from customer service. I was informed that they were working on a solution, but after that I did not receive any response to my emails or other attempts to get in touch.
Poor quality. Beware: they don’t provide a return label and will argue about “how to fix” the product instead of accepting a return. It took 5 emails just to get the return address. I paid $40 to ship it back.. to Canada. There were failed delivery attempts, and now, a month later, I’m disputing the charge with my bank. Horrible customer service.
Absolutely bad delivering experience, ordered 3 bags on Dec 4th and have never arrived. Order stucked with local delivery partner for over 20 days! Customer service said they cannot control local deliveries. But no, it is up to them to choose a better delivery company instead of the cheapest one. Also when i was looking into replacement I found out there are similar magnetic bags and bottles under a lot of brands on Amazon, way cheaper.
Honestly, great customer service. They helped explain how the product works when I was a little lost. I’m using my magnetic bottle every day and carrying it with me everywhere

’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience with Optiiforce. I contacted them multiple times regarding a refund for my order (#7083) and received no response at all. The only contact method listed on their website leads nowhere, and it’s impossible to get any kind of update or support.
A company that takes orders but doesn’t respond to customers — especially when it comes to returns and refunds — is simply not acceptable. I’m still waiting for a resolution, and based on my experience so far.
Don't even consider buying anything g from them!
Magnetic ring doesn’t work at all.
It took over two weeks to arrive, and when it did - it didn’t live up to what was promised.
I purchased this product on Black Friday, it took weeks to arrive, past the intended birthday I had planned to gift it for. I ended up purchasing a similar product from A DIFFERENT brand which came within 4 business days and in legitimate packaging. The Optiiforce packaging was lacking, my items came in a flimsy plastic with minimal to zero branding. (I've received clothing from Shein in better packaging). I'm glad I was unable to gift it now because the item itself feels cheap and low quality.
When I requested a refund, they said shipping is paid for by the customer -- however that is NOT CLEARLY stated on their website, I'm still wondering where that detail is in writing, but they're probably reading my review and going to update their FAQ section to reflect that.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND purchasing from this seller. Save yourself from the impending headache. There are competing brands with better quality and customer service that provide essentially the same product at a lower cost. My confidence in Optiiforce is non-existent at this point. It could have been restored if they were willing to assume the shipping cost for me to return the product to Canada. At this point, I'm unsure if it's worth receiving a refund when the cost to ship it back is pricey too. Additionally, if it took this long to receive the product, I'm worried it will take even longer for Optiiforce to refund me. I feel equally trapped and scammed with a product I'll never use and it's not worthy to re-gift either. Overall, I've had such a sour and unsatisfactory experience with this company, I wish I never purchased this product.
Ordered nov 30th as Christmas gifts and did not receive until Dec 28th! Both bags did not come in a box or with brand logo as others also said. I contacted customer service 3 times with zero response.
Bag is cheaply made and doesn’t work for the intended purpose. Magnets are not strong and I was testing it with a smaller water bottle. Such a disappointment and I feel ripped off.
My experience is not unique…don’t buy from this company. Wish I would have know this before I ordered.
I am aware that a lot of companies use hong kong or chinese warehouses to create mass production of things so I wasnt surprised to see it coming from hong kong rather than canada and it have a longer wait time.
I cant say I was disappointed with the delivery time it only took 11 days which is good for the Christmas period and I ordered on 16th December.
But what I will say is for what I have paid (granted discounted) £40 something GBP I feel robbed on the quality, this is a gift for my boyfriend and I wanted to surprise him with a thoughtful and useful bag for the gym, the advertising on this one is phenomenal. And ai was really excited to give him this…..but it has now been delivered today and on opening the parcel not even in the box as advertised….the material feels cheap, branding isnt even on the bag or looks anything like the photo of the MagForce V2. It looks like a matte leather in the photo but this really looks like a Temu version. I saw on amazon the same bag I have received for £14 so to say I am disappointed is an understatement. No gift box just came in a black blank ziplock bag. I have given them an email so hopefully this gets resolved as life is expensive I would rather my money back than to give my boyfriend a cheap bit of material that doesn't seem as thoughtful :( please sort this out OptiiForce as you have the potential for s great product!!!
Update/edit: Optiiforce contacted me switfly and let me know there was a mistake with the product, gave me a full refund and said I could keep the product I received. Happy to have my money back of course and have had a follow up but I hope in future the real product gets sent in the post ☺️
