I was lucky enough to win £250 quite late in the evening so didn’t expect a message, first thing this morning they messaged me to let me know my win was being processed.
10/10 service and clearly care about there customers.
I have played on quite a few different sites and often have had to chase up wins on others this was not the case here. Smaller site so better odds then most.

Money gone, no tickets to show.
Twice I have placed an order this week, both times, taken the money out of my bank, then as soon as the order is processed it comes up on my screen with “page not found”
Not even had a refund from the first lot of money I lost on here. Wanted to enter the competition and both times it’s let me down. Will not be using again unless sorted. No sign of my money re appearing in my bank either.

To clarify, no money has been lost; a rare checkout 'timeout' can trigger a 'pending' transaction where your bank holds the funds temporarily until the connection resets, though the payment was never actually completed to us.
As this happened near the weekend, please allow 2–3 working days for your bank to clear these pending entries; the funds will return to your balance automatically since the payment was never collected.

I signed up a while ago
I signed up a while ago, and my previous review of Optimised Odds was removed because I said they didn't have a gambling licence. They replied saying they didn't need one because they are not a gambling service. So why do they list themselves in gambling categories on Trustpilot. Misleading.

The bloke that owns the site is very rude and arrogant. Id avoid unless you want scamming! Plus any negative review they get they will straight block you!
The page as been going for a while now and only 700 followers. That says it all 🫣
