When my tracker malfunctioned, I was sent a replacement within the week along with a return receipt to return the malfunctioned tracker in the same box.

Easy communication and solved my issues quickly.

The call was picked up with a person on the other end. A rarity today. The support member was courteous and very knowledgeable of my situation. He was quick to resolve it and the conversation was brief and effective. I really, really like the client service that Optimus has in place.

I hate the new trackers the old trackers are more reliable durable these new trackers the batteries go down quicker than the two weeks that they're promised and the ones that I've had in the past go for a full 2 weeks without any charge there's too many options and too many icons for the new trackers whether it's a boat or car a phone a plane a bird that's that's not even necessary it's too many extra incentives that is taken away from what the whole GPS notation is to track not to make it pretty not to make it girly the tracker images that's redundant and ridiculous I hate them and so the old trackers work better they last longer they went for two weeks the new one I bought it's already at 70% and then I'm charged it a full 100% 2 days ago maybe 3 days ago and it's now at 76% so no I don't like the new trackers and I wish they would go back to the ones that would really go longer for a 2 week period off of 100% battery charge thank you
