I sent an email with the details of my withdrawal issue and included screenshots. I got a response that did not address my concerns and just gave vague troubleshooting directions. I had to email again and wait another day for someone to actually read it.

The total was supposed to be $800 but they split it up into 4 seperate payments and it took even longer because each payment took 3-4 days to process so now it’s almost 2 weeks later and I’m finally getting my full amount when this could have all been done in 1 single transaction.

I cannot find any record of bonus history. My account shows only deposit history, not promo history. This is why I cannot keep track of what I have claimed and what terms applied to each one. The feature is really basic, and yet it is just not there.

Since this is my first time gambling online, I didn't appreciate the ambiguity applied to this site. There is no guide explaining what free spins are, or the process of how to make a deposit. The FAQ section is just legal disclaimers. I made a mistake claiming a bonus. Bonuses come with wagering requirements, which are a complete mystery to me. I was never informed about this.

I attempted to take a break using their self exclusion tool, locking myself out for one month. Within a week, I got three separate emails advertising bonuses and one SMS about a tournament. The account is locked so I can’t claim the offers, but the fact that I am receiving them defeats the point. If some one is taking a responsible gaming break, receiving marketing to bring them back early is really contradictory. Really poor implementation of the feature.

I joined to check it out, but there are no explanations on how bonuses work, or what the terms mean. There’s no tutorial or help guide, just a giant wall of small text. I claimed a welcome bonus and had no clue about wagering until I tried to withdraw and it blocked me.

I attempted to play live blackjack for the first time and every few minutes the video stream kept buffering. It's totally impossible to play right if you miss cards being dealt. My internet is perfectly fine so it's definitely on their side.

I wanted to close my account, but there is no option for that in settings. There is no button i can click to do that. I tried emailing support, but it already has been five days and they have not responded. Please just make it easier for people to close their accounts.
