I got started with Option Genius by trying their Market Power service. I got good results doing that, so I took their passive investing course. This course opened my eyes to why I’ve been getting inconsistent results with my trading for years. Focusing more on being an option seller rather than a buyer has greatly improved my results over the past year. Now that I trust Allen, I’ve become a member of Club Genius and I enjoy listening to his podcast. I will continue to learn from Option Genius and I highly recommend.

I have been a member of Option Genius for several years now. I tried other option services and they were not nearly as good as Option Genius. I knew immediately that Allen and his team were different. I felt that Allen really wanted to help members succeed and it was not all about getting you to buy more all the time. Option Genius has a number of paid programs and I feel the ones I have joined were well worth the money. I learned that you need to follow the program strategies and you will been successful. I want to thank Allen and his team for supporting me and showing me that I can be successful if I put the work in.

I joined the Passive Trading program at Option Genius in late 2019 to learn how to trade options. The thing that has helped me the most is the support. In addition to the scheduled weekly coaching calls, I've always received a quick response when I send a request for help by email.

Another thing I appreciate about Option Genius is that they stay up-to-date with market changes. There appears to be a trading program available for nearly anyone interested in trading options, and new trading programs are introduced regularly.

From absolute beginner to advanced level traders there is something for everyone. A thorough program that builds on itself and unlocks techniques that are appropriate for your skill level. The access to the creator of all the content is practically unlimited and included. Allen Sama is extremely down to earth and just an all around nice guy. I have been using his program since 2022 and my opinion has never changed.

I have been a member of OptionGenius for five years, primarily focusing on oil-related options and futures. Allen Sama’s book Passive Trading was an excellent primer — it explained key options concepts clearly and practically, allowing me to apply what I learned very quickly.

Allen’s weekly online discussions are geared toward beginning, intermediate, and advanced traders. The structure allows you to revisit core ideas while continually adding more sophisticated strategies.

At age 68, the strategies I learned through OptionGenius have allowed me to trade approximately 15 minutes per week in what I consider to be a relatively low-stress, risk-managed framework, while pursuing steady, consistent returns. Over the past several years, oil markets have largely stabilized and the broader trend has been sideways to down, which has made near-term options selection especially attractive for income-focused passive trading approaches.

On a personal note, Allen has helped me through some very challenging trades, and I have found him to be unfailingly honorable and kind. You will be hard-pressed to find a more ethical and supportive person in the options world.

On top of that, the community and the opportunity to interact, ask questions, and learn from others are truly invaluable.

I’m a bit more than halfway through the coursework, and for the first time, I feel like I’m learning to trade profitably with intention. I have a clear vision of where I want to go as a trader—and, more importantly, a realistic path to get there.

If you’re serious about learning options the right way and want education that’s thoughtful, structured, and student-focused, Option Genius has been absolutely worth it for me.
