Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review. I’m truly sorry that you still haven’t received your most recent order.

For transparency, your order was placed on November 30 and shipped on December 5. Due to the influx of orders for the holiday season, shipment was a bit longer than our usual turnaround but within reason. Nonetheless, you deserved a smoother experience.

After reviewing the tracking, it looks like your package was impacted by the winter storm and then misrouted by the carrier. Once a package is in the carrier’s hands, delivery becomes their responsibility—but we’re still responsible for making sure you’re taken care of. So now that we are aware of the delayed package we can work on making things right with you.

We genuinely appreciate your support over the years, and we want to make this right. We’ll be sending a replacement order through a different carrier first thing in the morning, and we’ll email you the updated tracking information as soon as it’s on the way.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and I completely understand your concern about wanting to give your friend a perfect product. Product separation can occasionally happen during shipping, and I absolutely get why you wouldn't want to gift something that didn't look right.

I do want to express that I'm a bit disappointed in the review rating, especially since we immediately sent you a replacement and even upgraded the size at no additional charge once you contacted us. As a small business, we truly value the opportunity to make things right before a public review impacts our reputation. A quick message to us first would have allowed us to resolve this instantly, just as we did when you reached out.
