I'm concerned people think I am on commission for Oracle as I champion them so much - I am merely just a happy customer and grateful for them arranging the refinance on my car. Jacob went above and beyond to support; he is an asset to Oracle as are the rest of the team.

Gemma was a star and put in a lot of work, definetly went above and beyond.

Ross White from Oracle Finance made Re financing my car with a much better APR effortless. It all went so smoothly and fast if I’m honest.. He has saved us quite a lot of money per month.. I honestly couldn’t recommend Oracle Finance highly enough.

Back in August last year, I finally secured my dream car, a BMW M3 Competition xDrive and the experience I had with Oracle, and especially Lewis, was exceptional from start to finish.

What really sets Lewis apart is that this wasn’t just a quick transaction. I had been in touch with him for well over a year before actually going ahead with the deal. At that stage, I wasn’t even sure which car I wanted, but he stayed patient, and consistently kept in touch with useful advice and updates.

When the time came, I had already done a lot of research myself and was close to financing directly through BMW. While their headline rate looked competitive, the overall monthly cost was higher. Lewis stepped in and completely changed the game, he secured me the lowest monthly payment possible, along with a very competitive rate, and structured the deal in a way that gives me the flexibility to refinance in the future with no penalties.

That level of transparency and forward-thinking advice made a huge difference.
Even after everything was completed, the service didn’t stop. Lewis followed up to make sure I was happy, and to this day still checks in with updates on the market and potential options available to me. That kind of ongoing support is rare and genuinely appreciated.

I’m writing this review months later because the service has been consistently excellent not just at the point of sale, but long after.

Huge thanks to the whole Oracle Finance team, and especially to Lewis. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely has your best interests at heart and will go the extra mile, he’s your guy.
