I was so nervous to order a ring off Etsy, and from another country. I’m glad I trusted my gut and the already great reviews because it ended up being a great experience! My ring is lovely and high quality.

I was a bit nervous ordering a custom ring via an online seller but decided to take the leap. From the get-go, communication was stellar, which made me feel much more comfortable ordering from them for the first time. I sent in an inspiration for a design and they created a CAD to help me visualize. They also suggested an alternative gem because the one I wanted was too fragile. They kept me updated throughout the entire process. I received the ring well in advance of the anticipated date, and it looks amazing! I would 100% order from them again.

My fiancée and I had an amazing experience working with Soniya and Kunal. They were incredibly patient, responsive, and helpful throughout the custom design process and brought my dream ring to life perfectly.

The ring is absolutely stunning in person. The craftsmanship is beautiful, the champagne moissanite is gorgeous, and every detail turned out even better than we hoped. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and we always felt like they genuinely cared about getting everything right.

We couldn’t be happier and would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone looking for a custom engagement ring!

I ´m very happy with my ring - with it´s minimalistic elegance in the design and the mesmerizingly beautiful stone. It´s well made and looks and feels like a quality item.
Customer service was great, with swift, friendly and helpful communication and pictures of the finished ring for approval before delivery.
Once the production of the ring was done delivery was pretty fast, and it arrived in the most adorable little soft pink velvet box.
So I ´m really happy with my purchase from Orbion and would gladly return, and recommend them to others!

These earrings are completely amazing.. beautiful clear sparkly stones. You will be amazed by the sparkle. Hard to capture in a photo.. do not hesitate to order.. you will be overjoyed. Their customer service is incredible.. they really care about their customers being happy. Responsive.. VERY patient.. with all my questions. Arrived weeks ahead of schedule! Packaging is fabulous.. with a personalised card.
These people are the best at their craft. They want their customers to be overjoyed.. and I totally was. I will definitely be ordering again.

I'm sooo obsessed with it! It looks exactly as pictured and the owner was so sweet whenever I sent them a message saying I accidentally placed my order with the wrong size! They messaged me back the next day even though they were on vacation (!!!) and said it was nbd and they'll get it updated 🥲 I paid the extra $ for express shipping so I could make sure to have it before my company's Christmas party the first week of December, and when I asked about it they ensured it would get to me by then. I was so excited when it arrived even earlier than that and I got to wear it to the in-laws for Thanksgiving! Highly recommend checking them out if you're on the fence about it!! 🩷

I ordered a custom wedding ring set from Orbison and it turned out so beautifully. The craftsmanship is amazing and it’s definitely worth the price. Soniya was very communicative and answered all my questions I had. The process was very easy and I got sent videos of my ring before they shipped it to make sure it was what I wanted. Their customer service is the best! I ordered a custom engagement ring and they were extremely patient and detailed when iterating on the design with my (many) comments. I'm so happy with how the ring came out and the packaging was also fantastic - the brown box that the ring came in was very sturdy and the ring box itself was fuzzy and felt luxurious to the touch.

Absolutely LOVE my new ring!! Orbion was prompt in responding to my 1000 questions, resized the ring for me prior to shipment and sent it out when they said they would. With so many different vendors to choose from I couldn’t be happier with my choice. It was also packaged beautifully - can’t recommend enough :)
