My locking mechanism broke and extension post broke within a few months of purchase and general use. They provided a full replacement free of charge. Its good seeing companies value the little thin... Toon meer

I placed a preorder in early March it was supposed to ship this month, I have sent multiple emails to try to find out if and when it has shipped and i have not received any replies back.

I have ordered a few times from this company and never had a problem. However my most recent order was my most expensive one so far and this is the one that I have not received. I placed an order on the 3rd of April, it still has not arrived, the package says it has been delivered by evri BUT when I try to track the it says the post code is incorrect, it was placed with the correct postcode and my order confirmation shows the correct postcode.
I have tried to reach out multiple times in the past two days via emails and the website form and have not had a response AT ALL.
I cannot speak to evri because the postcode this company have supplied is incorrect. The parcel has not been delivered to my address at all.
I have messaged on Facebook,instagram, emailed and filled out the online form…
Next step for me is claiming the money back from the bank and never ordering again.

As the title says. Shocking customer services. Claimed item had been dispatched, with no evidence that it had. Have not acknowledged my request to cancel. No sign of a refund.
I’ve emailed so many times, and they’re just ignored. It now appears my item has been dispatched, despite the cancellation.
This will be returned.

He is now an accountant and was looking for something a little more professional to carry with him.
Since I bought this product, it has been amazing and he feels so much more professional carrying a sleek black case rather than a ratty old pencil pouch.
Recently, the zipper tore from wear over the years, and orbitkey, specifically Ian, made sure we got a replacement. My boyfriend is now my fiancé and we get married in 11 days. We received the new tech pouch fast and efficiently.
I could not be happier with this company and feel more taken care of. Thank you for valuing your clients and providing astounding customer service.

Emailed them as missing an item - no reply. Really disappointing experience as a first time customer who was going to order more in the future.
I get accidents happen - I work in CS, but the no reply isn’t great.

I placed a fairly large order but am still yet to receive it.
I contacted customer services who only replied to my emails after I commented on social media.
They then sent tracking details, however Evri have never received a package from them.
Really disappointed as this was for a birthday present that now will not arrive in time.
Customer service sent nice emails but these were never carried through.
I would not recommend this company

There was an issue with my original order (the strap was not included). I thought I had misunderstood the offer and went ahead and ordered it separately along with other items for my new Disney bag (which I love). When I realized that I was entitled to the free strap, I emailed their customer service and the timely responded and refunded me the cost of the strap. Their customer service was wonderful!!!

Orbitkey products are awesome, made with the highest of quality, and with the consumer in mind. Their products just work. Where I'm very disappointed is with their shipping. You spend $300 on tech accessories, and they ship standard (companies and businesses registered with Canada Post get Expedited shipping at no additional charge), and there's no option to upgrade shipping at all. It should not take 14 days for an order to get from Ontario to BC.

My latest order was slightly delayed due to the currier and the Custer service from Orbitkey was nothing short of stellar! The issues where rectified and a new order was sent in no time.
