I had a not so super experience dealing with the guys at Orchard Lending. We agreed on a certain interest rate, but when the contract was prepared the rates were a lot higher then discussed.
Once I brought this upon the staff members i was talked to in a super condescending manner.
My elderly veteran grandpa went to this company to get a loan as he was too proud to ask his grand children for financial assistants. Come to find out the company charged him a bunch of hidden fee and extreme high interest rate.
It’s so refreshing to go to someone about finance and be given options in a more relaxed, down to Earth, and honest way. I have had a few different car loans and finance before, and always dread going to places and feeling like I am on trial or something for every little bit of my life I spend money on. Kevin went over my credit history and helped me understand it properly, and also explain better what lenders are looking for and what to watch out for. Definitely helped me not just getting a car loan now, but also any future finance I may need. Highly recommended they do free meetings so it’s worth giving them a yell.
These guys are brokers, so not actually lending the money but giving plenty of advice, and have plenty of lender options. I was needing unsecured business and from first phone call to getting funds was only 3 days. Would’ve been faster but my accountant dragged his feet.
Extremely helpful service. I have always done my own loans figured i'd give a broker a shot. Rate was a little cheaper, but the main thing was the time I saved and how much easier it all was - not to mention less concern about my credit report having unnecessary enquiries on them. They give free consults so would recommend anyone to atleast give them a yell and see if they can help you.
I got no idea about loans. Used these guys and great help and advice, definitely know their stuff, and sorted me out earlier than I needed.
