I ordered formula on Friday and received it on Monday :), so fast. My baby girl loves the HA formula. Carolina, from the support team, has been so helpful in finding the best formula for us. Our daughters' rash has improved so much, and we have only used it for a month.

We used Organic Formula Shop for both my boys and they have been great. They helped find the right formula for my youngest one who was so fussy with American brands. The one time our formula got stuck and was delayed the support team was super helpful and friendly going above and beyond to make sure we got our son’s formula as soon as possible.

Would not order from here again, and I don’t recommend it at all. I ordered five boxes of Holle formula which never arrived. When I contacted their customer service, they were completely unhelpful, did not offer any solutions, and were rude. I always order when I am down to my last one to two boxes so that my baby is never without formula. This was my first time ordering from organic formula shop. My order never arrived and my baby ran out of formula and I had to urgently switch to another brand. I emailed customer service to check on the status and inquire about the delay. Their response was essentially “well, we sent it and did everything right on our end so that’s too bad that you didn’t get it, but for your troubles, here’s an apology.” While technically may be true, I can’t feed my baby an apology, and as a consumer I still paid a lot of money for something which I never received. So their response was not helpful and did not offer a solution to rectify the issue. They also sensor any bad reviews that are less than four stars on their website. I submitted a review which was never posted to their site so their reviews are dishonest and do not portray the full picture of their customer bases experience.

Please don’t make the same mistake I did. Research this website online, and don’t discount all the negative reviews. I ordered three cartons, my box came half open and damaged with a carton missing. They’re refusing to refund me the missing carton or reship one to me. You’re much better off sticking with an American company that operates with honesty and integrity. Too many shady stories online with these guys!

I normally order my baby’s formula HiPP AR and HiPP Pre (German) without any issues. This time, I decided to order from Organic Formula Shop to use a discount code, and I immediately regretted that decision.

First, I accidentally ordered Stage 1 instead of Pre. I contacted customer service within minutes to correct the mistake, but was told the order had already left the warehouse. Instead of helping resolve it, I was sent a Facebook link to try and resell the product myself. I’m now stuck with four boxes I can’t use. Frustrating, but I moved on.

After a week of using the HiPP AR from this order, I noticed changes in my baby’s wet and soiled diapers. That concerned me, so I began researching the company and found multiple negative reviews. I then checked the boxes I received — and discovered the formula is expired.
Also ordered 4 boxes.

I am extremely upset and concerned that a company would ship expired formula, putting babies at risk. This is unacceptable. I just don’t trust this company now, 8 boxes of baby formula going in the trash.

I ordered all my formula for my first baby from Organic Formula Shop and planned to do the same with my second — but after this experience, I will no longer order from them.

My recent order kept getting delayed with shifting delivery promises, leaving me to switch my baby cold turkey to a new formula. This caused severe stomach issues, crying, and even a call to the pediatrician — a completely unnecessary ordeal.

While customer service responded after a short waiting period, the resolution was inadequate (a $15 credit) given the stress and disruption for our whole family.
If you do order from them, plan well in advance and don’t rely on their delivery timelines. For me, the lack of accountability and support means I can’t trust them again.

Please do not order from Organicformulashop.com. I implore you to read this. I purchased a "hypoallergenic" HIPP formula from this company. My 5 month old had the most violent allergic reaction to the formula, which was laced with something. His eyes were swollen shut; he had a severe flareup of eczema on his face and body; he turned bloodshot red. My pediatrician indicated that we needed to halt taking this formula immediately and to never purchase from this site. I urge you to stay away from this company as I horribly regret giving this to my baby. The company has yet to give me a refund as I want to mail these back and they have not addressed the issue. I have sent over 6 e-mails back and forth and the correspondence has not been effective - because they have gone radio silent, so I plan on launching a complaint with my credit card company and I will share my story on as many review sites as I possibly can. To be honest, if I don't get my refund, it is what it is - I take it as a hard lesson learned, but I am grateful that my child is better now and not in the emergency room.

Made my baby sick. Ended up in urgent care. No one wants to help with a refund. I was even willing to send it back. Their formulas are not legit or authentic. They are scammers. Never again. They're putting babies lives at risk. Get a lawyer like I did!

Horribly delayed shipping and I was without formula for a week. Customer service was even worse

Please stay away from this company. I accidentally ordered 6 cans of formula from them. The formula made my baby sick and when I tried to get help from them, they simply REFUSED to do anything about it. They were very quick to take over $300 from me, with a SLOWER shipping time than other companies. They’re also slow to respond to emails. Their business practices are completely scary. Never again.
