If I could I would give them no stars😡😡

I ordered 3 packs of their collagen in December 2025. They sent me an email stating they have an issue with our customs in Australia regarding their products and are waiting for customs to approve. In the meantime, they asked if I wanted to hold on until Australian customs gives them the green light or if I wanted a refund. I told them just hold onto it until they approve.
Six months have gone by and have not heard from Organixx, so I sent them an email requesting a refund. They sent an email back to say they have gone and processed the refund to my PayPal account. It is 3 weeks now and I have received nothing. I even rang PayPal and they said it should have gone through by now but it didn't meaning they haven't processed it yet but kept insisting they have. I asked for the proof the refund 3 times and they kept saying in their system, it has already been processed and told me to keep waiting every time I demanded for a refund. Now they have chosen to ignore my emails and have not heard back since.
Jennifer from customer service was the one who kept lying to me about the refund all this time. Honestly, if they said they processed the refund, it would have shown in my account with the word ‘refunded’ but in this case it didn't.
So, not only they have stolen my money, they also choose to ignore my emails after I threatened to give them a bad review.
Please do not order from these scammers. Their reviews on the website are also fake.

Their NMN product tastes like sugar. They keep sending and won’t refund or cancel subscriptions. No phone number to call and don’t get anywhere trying to email them. Save your money and time and buy elsewhere

Exactly same issue with refunds and cancellations filed with BBB, they have a non functional cancellation then say they will discount it is a scam. Less than 1% nmn not good product and definitely little to no nmn

My daughter make an order and product shipped fine. Problem is they keep sending the product and there is no way to cancel a subscription. They have no address and no email. Their cancellation process does not work. Do not buy from OrganixBoost.

I am beyond frustrated with this company. I have no issues with the product, but customer service is non existent! I made a one time order of one unit of the NMN powder and received and was charged for 6! A month later, I got a notice that another unit was being delivered at a cost of 209$! I have been trying to reach the company to stop this nonsense and get a refund, but their "manage subscriptions" link conveniently doesn't work! This company is not reputable and I fear that this subscription is nothing more than a scam. Be aware before buying from this company.

Cost me some $65 to end subscription after they had IT problems and my "delay of shipment" was not acknowledged. Told (1) they could not stop shipment that had not shipped yet, (2) they could not turn shipment around with UPS (patently false), (3) that it could be returned for full refund, (4) that they would send a PAID RETURN LABEL -- they did not do that either, so that was $15+ lost. Never credited full amount of their charges for the return they received. No response from them to additional questions and a request for money back.

No response from them.

Calling their customer support team "Customer Success" team needs rebranding to the "Customer Abuse or Dis-Service" team.
Their collegan with creatine changes the taste of your coffee and leaves a not pleasant aftertaste. When I reached out, I was told "I" could pay to return an INFERIOR product AND pay shipping on a NEW order of their collegan with protein, which is what I had been using successfully. When I asked for a supervisor, Kristen told me none were available. SORRY customer service and the only success is they lost another customer. Sad!

Wow i wish I would of seen these reviews before I purchased the magnesium 7 from this company, I got rashes all over my body from taking these magnesium pills and emailed them asking them what exactly is in these pills , I knw there's magnesium atleast I'd like to think so. Then they emailed me back and never answered my question about what's in it and just said to stop taking it and to return them not knowing that I threw away the ones I already used . I would never buy anything from this company again. They are probably putting some other low quality filler in there products

Order placed in November of 2024 did not come until the next year around February. The worst part was the customer service reps as they kept leading me on and telling me that the product was arriving shortly. They did this to me about 3-4 times . Extremely unsatisfactory. Found and got a hold of the owner jonathan hunsaker and told him about the experience. He said he would get back to me with why this happened but never did, & I believe he never planned on getting back to me either. He said he was going to make it up to me but never did and is a coward and liar for doing that. When messaged about it again, he blocked me so I couldn't message him . Extremely unprofessional. Bad experience. Do not order from them.

This company chooses to ship products via USPS. I ordered on Jan 6th. As of this morning my order has gone from South Carolina to Kansas to New York to St Louis to St Paul to Kansas City and now it is in Amarillo TX. When I brought this to the attention of Organixx customer service my only response was "we cannot control the postal service." YES you can control the postal service by not using them for shipping. USPS is no longer reliable.

If you are living in Canada - don’t bother ordering. HUGE wait time - they must be walking it here

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered 3 packages of their Collagen. Does not work at all. Supposed to be a 90 day guarantee. However I only kept the last pouch which still had product in it. Who keeps empty containers? So they would only refund for 1 package which cost me $18.00 to return. The first cheque was made out to the WRONG name. Meanwhile I have waited for over 2 months and still have no cheque. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

Won't buy from them again the Founder is always mean and brutal to me and always aggressive towards me and the customer service is very bad

I cannot get through to customer service. When I call, during business hours, a recording says the customer service reps are busy helping other customers and they cannot answer my call and to go to their website or email them. When I go to their website, my message is not responded to. When I send them an email, it bounces back. I even leave a comment on their Facebook posts and they are never answered. Since they are not interested in communicating with me, a long-time customer, I have no interest in purchasing any more products from them.

would definitely recommend NOT ordering anything from this company.

The form that pops up to order indicates one Organixx’s name, and address in SC.
My bank questioned the authorization from a different company name in Nevada with a different dollar amount. Hmmm

The company states one year guaranteed money back. WITH AN ORDER NUMBER, which, I was NEVER provided with.

Two emails in my junk folder; two different senders emails - one thanking me for my order; no order number, no dollar amount - which the total was higher than when I hit the purchase button.
A second email stating the order shipped; still no order number, no tracking number either. Lo and behold! I received a package today - product BUT NO PACKING LIST WITH THE ORDER NUMBER!

I sent an email reply to both email addresses as received in my junk box and guess what?
“We’re experiencing delays due to high demand in orders. We will respond to you as soon as we can.”

No proof of purchase, no refund.

Sure, they say there BBB accredited, seriously? I question the order processing, I question the lack of customer service, the lack of professionalism.

While I do like their magnesium, because of very poorly worded advertisement, and Iam certain many others got charged double and did not receive the quantity of products I ordered. Customer service is severely lacking in my opinion and because of this I will no longer promote or use their products.

Tried to find an email for this company.
Finally received the product and it doesn’t help with sleep like they claim and when I tried to return my order they came up with all these reasons to not issue a refund. Do not order from this company. They don’t care about their customers
