I have just completed a buitifully-created puzzle - a great picture very well manufactured. There were a couple of pieces missing but the company's customer service is excellent and they were soon delivered. I will buy from this company in the future.

What a great company! I was given All Things Christmas and I found two pieces were missing. Having contacted Ben, in customer service, I have ordered replacements. I know of no other company that is so helpful. Their website is fun and easy to negotiate. The puzzles are well made and fit together perfectly so you know it is correct. The designs are so interesting with “sub plots” within. I loved Hugh Grant dancing in mine. These puzzles make a perfect gift.

I wouldn’t have believed jigsaws could make you feel like this one did. The feel of the pieces, the perfect ‘click’ when joining them and the fascinating picture with so many interesting things to find. I cannot recommend this puzzle highly enough. I received the ALL THINGS CHRISTMAS one as a gift and I’m obsessed!

I have just completed Thank You for The Music jigsaw which took me some time !
Having said that the pieces fitted really well together. The pull out sheet was great and have had to order a new one as the jigsaw was lent to me. The order for that was very efficient.
I’m waiting for notifications for a new jigsaw to buy.

The quality of the jigsaws is excellent and interesting pictures. But what makes this company stand out in my opinion is the extremely fast service recovery when we realised that the pieces and the actual picture were different and must have been mixed up. Thank you to Ben for his proactivity and speed on this. If only other companies were like this. Excellent!

I had a We are the champions jigsaw as a x/mas present only to find that it was a different puzzle in the bag. I contacted Customer Service who have been excellent in handling the issue. I could not have asked for a better response and would like to thank Ben for all his help in resolving the problem.

Having received a second copy of the David Attenborough jigsaw for Christmas l contacted the company to see if l could make an exchange. Ben contacted me within hours, and set up arrangements for the exchange. Everything about this company is first class from the quality of jigsaw pieces, the presentation in bags not boxes and customer care. I thoroughly recommend The Original Jigsaw Co.

The puzzles are amazing and there are hidden facets to these puzzles! They are really stimulating with so many things to look at once they are completed.

I love these jigsaws, three years ago I came across this awesome little advert for the Original Jigsaw Company and thought these look amazing, so detailed and they really think about everything on each puzzle! All things Christmas was my first, and I still love it, it gets done every Christmas!! Each year since, a jigsaw from them has been on the birthday and Christmas list! This year I was given one of puzzles I already had, the team were so helpful and I was able to return the puzzle and exchange for a new one, they really care, being a small business they must have so much to do, but it was like talking to a friend, they are clearly so passionate about the company and the jigsaw’s, it shines through in all their communication! One day I’ll get the year of puzzle!! I remain intrigued, but I am still not brave enough to hold the puzzle up after finishing and see if it stays together…maybe I should before I break them down 🤣. Thank you guys for everything.

We have many of these puzzles, some done and some waiting to be done. Those completed are fantastic quality. Ben in customer service is outstanding, nothing is too much trouble for him. We recommend Original Jigsaw company to everyone.

I had a jigsaw to exchange as I received a duplicate this Christmas. The service was first class from start to finish. Ben kept me informed via email each step of the process which took seven working days from start to finish.
This is my third puzzle and I will definitely be getting more. Made to such a high standard the quality is exceptional and the after sales service superb.

First of all the quality, subtle colour clues shape and fit of the pieces.

Bought 3 puzzles as a gift for my mum who does jigsaw puzzles every day, and she said it was the best design and quality of puzzle she’s ever done.

I had questions about my order while I was placing it, and a missing piece on one of the puzzles after we received them, and I can honestly say, the customer service and speed of responses is brilliant (thank you, Ben!)

First-class company delivering a genuinely best-in-class product. We absolutely loved the 1000-piece jigsaw we purchased. Customer service before delivery was personal, responsive, and refreshingly human. No hesitation in using them again.

My Christmas present was missing a piece and had a couple of extra pieces included so I dropped them a note over the weekend.
I was amazed to get a reply Sunday evening apologising profusely, asking for more information so that they could investigate further, and offering either a refund, a replacement or a new jigsaw.
I felt that was really generous - it was just one piece missing, which could probably be replaced. I opted for a new jigsaw which was promptly dispatched and I'm pleased to say all pieces are there!
My complaint was handled by Ben in customer services. We've exchanged a few emails now and he's always responded quickly, positively, politely and nothing has been too much trouble for him.
And the jigsaws are great too. The pieces fit together really well so you know when you've got it right (and when you haven't)

Our family love jigsaws. Sadly my choice for Christmas (the David Attenborough one) was one some of them had already done. With the minimum of fuss after a couple of quick emails with Ben, the jigsaw was exchanged in record time for another 1000 piece one. What a service! And, of course, the jigsaws are a cut above in terms of design, quality and beautiful packing in a calico bag. What's not to like?
