Very happy with my purchase. Had been looking for this poster for several years. Quick dispatch and competent help with customs issues. Would absolute buy from original poster again.

Absolutely brilliant. Have never been disappointed with all my purchases over the years. Superb website with detailed accurate description. Such a great pleasure to deal with Steve and Luke. Correspondence and friendliness is outstanding. Love the range of the old iconic vintage posters from a bygone era of artists painted posters. Great website for lobby cards too. Highly recommended beyond measure. 5***** plus trusted seller without doubt.

Rare find, RARER price and phenomenal shipping and communication.
I had gone to a comic book/autograph convention in October of 2017 here in the US. Linda Blair was signing autographs at this and that’s the reason I went. One of the vendors there had this print on sale. He only had one and I remember dying wishing I had it or could afford to buy it. It had popped into my head recently and I decided that I’d search to see if I could find it. Being a diehard fan and avid collector, I was absolutely elated to find you had some of these. For what it is, how rare it is, I was very impressed by what a comparatively modest price tag you put on it and what sensational, almost brand new condition that it is in. You can tell it’s the vintage print on the original paper. You packaged it perfectly, your shipping was faster than almost anything like this I’ve bought domestically. I’ve purchased from overseas before and I’d like to take my hat off to you. You did very well and I’m glad I found you, look forward to doing business with you again. I was worried about the tariffs with how OUR leader is brooming all of us but once I signed for it from our post office, all else was very well. Thank you very much.

We always love to hear from collectors about their favourite film stars and posters and we are really happy to have supplied the film poster that you've been looking for! It was kind of you to say in the review that the poster had a modest price tag and this will help reassure future shoppers that we offer great value for money.

Not much help to contact the local post
I bought a poster to be sent to Spain, there was a failed delivery to my adress but no information to how to proceed. It took me about a week to receive a reply from Original Poster and there were bank holidays comming so I barely made it to the post office where the local carrier had the poster. I had to cross the city to get it because there was no way to organize another delivery attempt. I would have appreciated a prompt answer with the name of the local post that had the poster and the local tracking number to check online where was my poster and to be able to find a way sooner to get it.
The poster itself is in good shape, barely wrinkled at the top from being posted in a cinema I guess. The packaging was very good.

It is good news that you like the poster and that you thought the packaging was very good. We posted your order the day after you ordered it and we sent tracking details to you the same day. Five days later you paid us for the extra postage. Unfortunately you were not in when they tried to deliver it and you seem to be blaming us for the failure to deliver which we think is really the responsibility of the Spanish postal service. Once we have posted the order we have no control. Given the circumstances it is very sad to be blamed with a two star review when we gave you really helpful assistance and advice on how to pick your parcel up from the local Spanish postal office. We feel this review is very unfair and we always try our best to ensure a safe delivery to our customers. We managed to find out the address of your local Spanish post office and advise you of it and we even screenshotted a map for you. We tried really hard but when ordering any items from anywhere the customer must surely have some responsibility in tracking the item and at some stage being at home to receive delivery, arrange redelivery themselves or worst case scenario pick the item up from the local office. Good news at least that you now have the item and that it is in good shape. Thank you for your custom.

Pristine Poster
I bought a great cinema poster from Original Poster co. It arrived in pristine condition within 2 days of ordering. Ordering was a bit tricky because of a glitch on the purchasing pages (it could have been down to my poor it skills), but I contacted the company directly and they sorted it. Very happy with the poster and the price. Hope to buy some more posters soon.

Thanks for the review and your honest feedback. We are working on streamlining the checkout process. Paypal is the host at present for paying by debit or credit card but you have to select that option which is under the pay by Paypal option which is the grey button under the yellow Paypal button which says "Check Out." "Pay without a Paypal account". As this is a lighter colour it is not so easy to spot but does lie immediately under the Paypal account button. We were happy to be able to take payment over the telephone for you and glad that we could resolve the issue. Look forward to future orders and hope this information helps.

The physical posters themselves always look really impressive - especially the 40 x 30 inch quad film posters! Computer images are a guide but nothing prepares you for seeing the real thing! Thanks very much for the five star review.
Super art work by Dan Goozee
Super art work by Dan Goozee. The art work of Christopher Reeve is outstanding. The art work on this first release UK quad poster for Superman IV: the quest for peace is better than the movie. Because cut backs on the budget for the picture. Warner brothers gave Cannon film company 36 million to make Superman IV but used 17 million on Superman 4 and the rest of the money on a masters of the Universe movie and a Spiderman film that wasn’t made. I love Superman 4 even though the special effects are terrible and it was filmed in Milton Keynes. Which doubled for Metropolis. It was filmed there because that location was only 1 hour drive away from Elster studios for additional filming. I remember on very hot day in late July I was walking down Solihull highstreet with my mum and a family friend Deirdre. I saw the very quad poster in the Solihull picture house window displayed well the Superman4 quad poster displayed on an easel. The same quad that purchased from the outstanding Original poster. We saw a huge queue of people waiting in eager anticipation for superman 4. The queue went from the Solihull cinema all the way to Drury lane. My sisters and brother mum and mums friend couldn’t and I couldn’t believe are eyes. Deirdre our friend said she couldn’t believe people queueing to see a film on such a hot sunny day. The first time I saw was 3 years later in 1990 I rented it from Grange video library on Dove house parade in Olton Solihull. I enjoyed it but thought the effects from a 1987 film weren’t very good and no where near as good as Superman the movie even 9 years prior to superman4. Super man 4 is my guilty pleasure. Thanks Original poster for outstanding service. I’m really happy with the Superman4 quad. I will recommend any movie collector to shop at your fantastic original poster shop. Thanks again. Kind regards. Liam

Fantastic review with a wealth of information. Back in the day we used to own Kennedy Video by the Bradford Arms pub in Castle Brom and Oscars Video in Rubery, Bloxwich, Redditch and Worcester. Keith Hupfield who owned Grange Video was a friend of ours. Just goes to show what a small world it is. Thank you so much for your review and look forward to being of assistance in the future.
