Placed an order and never received it, emailed multiple times with no response. I don't think they ever intended to send it.

Absolutely poor customer service. They do not respond to their emails at all, which is the only communication they have available. Mind as well don't offer it on the website if that's how you run your business. On top of this, their apparel size are not consistent. You may order 2 shirts with the same size, but that is not what you are getting. One is smaller or larger than the other. Do not rely on the size they label on their website. You cannot return or exchange the shirt because they will never respond to you. Always pay through PayPal because PayPal will have your back for dealing with a shady company like this.

I hold a great deal of affection for all Oromen shirts. Whenever I don one of these shirts, I am met with a plethora of compliments.

Still have not received any correspondence on how to get my money back

Bought two shirts. One was the wrong size. I asked for a return, they gave me an RMA# right away but nothing happened for over a month. Then finally responded to my multiple emails and told me to keep the shirt and simply pay another $12.00 by Paypal to cover for the shipping cost of the replacement. Of course this was a total scam and I never received my $48+$12 shirt. Its too bad because the designs are great but there's no customer service whatsoever.

It’s now January 8th and I still have not heard from Oromon regarding my order. Do NOT use them. I’m now out over 300.00

One of the shirts I ordered arrived in the wrong size and I initiated a return but the was ignored after several attempts. This company sells inferior but overpriced products made in China that take forever to ship and once they arrive in the wrong size you have no means of getting a return processed. I will contact my credit card to report a fraud.

They acknowledged my return/exchange request then radio silence even though I have emailed and tried to contact them through their website. I’m stuck with shirts that don’t fit.

Immediately after receiving an order confirmation, I realized that I had ordered the wrong size and attempted to edit my order, but there's no way to do that from their page. I both emailed their "support email" and replied to the confirmation directly asking if the order could be canceled. The charge went through on my credit card, but I received no follow-up to either email and no updates regarding the product.

Returned a shirt according to instructions, can not get a refund or response from this company.

Buyer beware. No ability to return for a refund.

I ordered a shirt in my usual size medium. It ran just a little small, so I wanted to exchange it for a large. I've sent three emails to customer service over two weeks with no response. I also filled out Exchange form on their website, and I've had no response for a week. Now I have a beautiful $50 shirt that I can't wear.

My shirt arrived quickly. But i still think the company is a sham. Can’t find any for sale on eBay, which i find a little weird as you can find almost anything on eBay. I asked to cancel my order 10 min after ordering, and they ignored me and shipped it anyway. Never heard from them. Even tried returning it thru their site and never heard back. Luckily they didn’t try and overcharge me. I’ll never buy from them again and I still don’t think they are a “real” company. Every review seems fake and their website seems fake.
