excellent customer service
order placed. the customer service rep at oro racks took extra time to figure out that my problem wasn't just a rack but getting a rack and tonneau cover that worked together FAST. The rep went out of their way to source a tonneau cover that i don't think they normally supply, matching the cheapest price with pick up at their location within a week. And they were very efficient - In 5 rounds of online chat they solved my problem when no other supplier or combination of suppliers could.

Absolutely fantastic to deal with. Made sure the rack was shipped with all the right parts for installation on the Jeep. The workmanship and quality of the product cannot be understated.
If you're looking for an overland rack that will last forever, give these guys a shout.

Merce smarrita ma rispedita. Consigliatissimi!!
Ho ordinato un paio di accessori da loro. Inizialmente me li hanno spediti con la formula “Small Packet Air”; purtroppo il pacco non è mai arrivato. Dopo avergli scritto, hanno atteso un po’ di tempo nella speranza che il pacco fosse in consegna, in realtà è andato smarrito.
Poi mi hanno rispedito la merce con una spedizione veloce e il pacco è arrivato prima della partenza del mio viaggio.
Azienda fatta da personale disponibile e sempre pronto a risolvere ogni problema. Non si sono fatti scrupoli a rispedirmi gratuitamente la merce, fidandosi della mia parola, senza avere la conferma che la merce mi fosse stata consegnata o meno.
Consiglio vivamente la Oro Racks!

My thoughts after running ORO
Oro products are some of the greatest on the market. Between their high quality materials and the amazing powder coating job definitely holds up to the abuse. Customer service is also top notch as the crew is always quick to reply to questions you may have.
