Garbage boots, garbage customer service. The boots were much smaller and did not fit. Pictures and comparisons were sent to customer service. They provided a return mailing label. Boots were returned at a high $ amount. When I enquired after a couple of weeks (to Skye in customer service)I was told the boots were received and my return was being processed. No money after weeks. Then l was told there was a mistake and they didn't get the boots. Numerous emails back and forth. The supervisor brushed me off as well. Four months pass, the boots were returned to me. The mailing label had a stamp and it was checked off as "REFUSED". I contacted customer service again. They asked for the tracking number to confirm they have the parcel. What??? Idiots and crooks. I explained again the boots were returned from China and I wasnt about to pay out another $40. No response yet. BUYER BEWARE!

If I could give them a -10 I would. The boots I ordered were a joke! They were vinyl with no arch support and a thin, slippery sole. Thus, I wanted to return them. They do not give you a return label, just a weird address in China. I paid $39.53 to send them back to China in January ‘26. They STILL have NOT received the stupid boots! I think the whole thing is a scam. Absolutely, do NOT buy anything from this crooked company which is in China! 😡

Total scam of a product. Website is full of fake information on how good these boots are. Extremely cheap in every way. Flat non-supportive insole, thin vinyl upper. Not even worth $5, let alone $65. Cannot return because of 40% restocking fee and must be returned back to China. Feel like a fool for not being a careful buyer.

I ordered women's size 9, nearly 2 months later received size 4. How many senior women wear size 4? Shoes had horrendous odor and very poor quality.
After unhelpful, likely AI,email responses was finally sent address in China. Cost to mail them back was 3.5 times cost of shoes.
Tried to file complaint to FB unsuccessfully then found multiple complaints going back months. Just saw ads on Solitaire game for same product with different company name:(

I strongly recommend folks file a dispute with their credit card company. I did and received a credit.

Terrible I ordered a pair of boots. It took two months to get them. They were size 6. I ordered a size 10 they’re not supportive for my feet at all. Evidently they came from Asia and I’m trying to send them back and they told me I had to send them back to China or Asia. I can’t get anybody to help me. There’s nobody to call ! I email no help terrible terrible terrible don’t ever buy from this website. I got them in January ordered them in December and I’m still trying to return them.!!!

I would rather be able to have minus 10 stars. The boots look beautiful in the ads.
They are cheap plastic with no support. More than disappointing. Don't waste your money or time on these..

Same experience as others. Shoes very small and extremely cheaply made of some toxic-smelling material.
I returned them out of principal because of the noxious odor and completely false description.
Scam is they must be returned to China for $32.

I ordered boots that allegedly were appropriate for wider feet and for which I was led to believe were coming from Denmark. In fact, I received narrow tiny boots shipped from China. The return policy is bogus. Out or principle because I felt deceived, I paid to return the boots to China for a refund, and six weeks later the package allegedly is lost somewhere in China. Because I shipped USPS First Class Package International, I can't even make an inquiry as to its status. I would beware of making any purchase from this outfit. The product is not as advertised, and the likelihood of receiving a refund is unlikely.

This company is a rip off. I did not see a review until I ordered 2 pair. But within an hour of ordering I did look at a few things about the co and immediately wrote to them to cancel my order. I also called my credit card to cancel and they could not because it hadn't been processed and they said to wait til it posted. The next day I got an email response saying it was "impossible" to cancel once ordered and I would have to wait until they arrived...same story...then send them back to China. I wrote back and noted it had not even progressed in their queue and asked again to cancel. They refused( and it took a few weeks for them to even ship the boots). I called back and filed a complaint with my credit card.I explained their scam and they said they would investigate. It took a few weeks but they refunded all my money to my account. I would DEFINITELY recommend doing that. The company is set up to make sure you have no recourse and make it worth your while to just walk away mad but if you paid by credit card, make sure you write to them to protest and ask to be refunded and document everything...then call your credit company...soon!! I ordered 1/5, wrote them 1/5-1/5, called the credit card 1/12, got boots 2/4, got letter from credit card 2/13 and money refund as well.

I ordered the cute 2 zippered leather boots from you in womens size 11. What I received were the cheapest made, wrinkled super small boots jammed into a plastic bag. They are NOT a size 11, I can't even begin to put my foot in one! The top of the boot (over the top of the foot) is all wrinkled up & even if I COULD put my foot in them, it would look totally messed up! I see there is only a very costly way to return them so you stole my money for what I'd call complete JUNK....Shame on you!!!

These boots are crap ! I wore them 6 times and the zipper broke and because I couldn’t wear them in the snow and put them on for the 5th time there is no refund

The shoes like the other folks said are trash. I contacted them, got their address in China to return them, sent them to that address with a tracing by the USPS. They got to China, but of course never got to this fraudulent company and of course never got a refund. They also never answered my last email asking whether they got the return boots. Will contact my credit card to see if they can charge back this company after I file an impute. Has anyone done that yet?

I was being generous with giving a one star. If I could leave a 0 I would. I ordered two pair of boots in black and red because they looked so good on the web site. Orthopedic, roomy toe space, good for bunions. Sounds great right? When they finally arrived and I opened the package I was shocked. The red pair were more of a burgundy brown color. The black pair were definitely black. What I thought was supposed to be leather, was more like plastic. I would not even go far enough to call them pleather, they weren't that good. I ordered a size larger then I normally wear. I could barely get my feet in the boots, and my toes were squished, and my bunion rubbed. There was no padding in the boots. I decided to send they back. To return a product you have to email the company for an address. I was emailed quickly back, the next day. Yes, I got an address to return them, but the address was in CHINA! The company DOES NOT pay for shipping. I contacted my local shipping place when I explained the problem, she just laughed. The cost to return the boots would be astronomical so it wasn't worth the effort. So, I now have two pairs of boots that are ugly, and I can barely get my feet into.

The boots are terrible quality and about 2 sizes too small. Buyers beware!!!!

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. The shoes I purchased were Size 12 women's and the shoes I received were at least three inches too short for my feet, making them completely unwearable. They were plastic rather than leather and had no insole at all. They didn't even come in a box, but a bag, and they smelled strongly of plastic. I asked about returning them, which would have involved spending roughly $75 to ship them back to China, which was more than the shoes were worth. Buyer beware, this company is a complete scam.

I ordered boots and they came in the wrong size. They replaced them (told me to keep the originals!) and the replacement pair arrived defective. I requested a refund to and they gave me an address to return them at my own cost...in China! If I were to spend the money to return them, I can pretty much assure you that they'd say they never arrived.

Received "boots" squished in a bubble mailing envelope. Size ordered 12 (43). I usually wear an 11 - 11.5 but sized up. I can barely get my foot in and cannot zip. Material feels like plastic. Ordered "red." These are a sickly brownish. You can't try and return without your order number and are then told to send to China, even though return address is in CA, Cost prohibitive, fraudulent advertising, worthless product.

Total scam company. Never yse this company. I paid 60 dollars plus shipping and they kept saying they sent the boots and tried to say they had been Delivered. Ir was a lie. Never refunded my money. Below Zero stars for these Robbers!

Please do not order from this company!!!! The online site is very confusing. I wanted 2 boots--purple and black, but somehow, I ended up with 8 prs. of purple and black shoes, and when I tried to delete the ones I didn't want, there was no place to delete the ones before my credit card went through. I immediately emailed the store and said I didn't want all the boots, and they said once it's been ordered, we can't change our order! I tried one pair on and they are cheaply made and are not comfortable. I went to return the boots that came in 2 packages at UPS. They said it would cost me $500 per package to return them--so $1000 to return the boots which cost me $317.76!!!!! First of all, they don't say where the boots are coming from! I had to wait a long time to receive them. What am I going to do with 8 prs. of same boot?
