I experienced exactly the same, sandals cheap crap, delivered 2 sizes too small, lengthy ai emails, in the end I agreed to 40% refund.
My Jack Russell had 5 minutes fun while shredding them to pieces.

Two pairs of sandals arrived but clearly cheap badly made shoes only fit for the bin!! Sadly checked on Trustpilot about this company and found the bad reviews. My mantra now is to not purchase anything from companies I don't know and always check where the goods are coming from. Had I known they came from China I won't have ordered them. Lesson learnt.

I purchased some Sandles from this company. Beginning of August. They arrived, wrong size. Tried to email them to send back, only to find out they where they came from were scammers. What a terrible co.I certainly will not be using them again. Just be warned

Wrong size sent as incorrect conversion table used, they will no rectify their mistake by replacing with the correct size without me spending a similar cost of goods on postage. There are loads of conditions attached to returns and I do not think they would replace find a problem among the list I would not advice anyone to purchase from them Have had a month trying to sort this out

I ordered 3 pairs of sandals size 5 (38) when delivered size 4 (36) was delivered when I asked for details of delivery they said that they had checked their size table and performed actual measurements - I am not sure what was measured? Now they have offered me 20% refund I paid £94.04. and I could keep myself to wear which I cannot as they are too small or give sandals and gift to family or a friend. What can I do.

My mother ordered size 5 shoes. They delivered size 3.
She contacted them to ask for replacement or refund.

They offered a 30% refund and said she could keep the shoes

She has no use for size 3 shoes because she has size 5 feet

They said she can post them to Hong Kong at her own expense

We live in the U.K.

The cost of postage from uk is almost the cost of the shoes

When you look outside of their own website, the actual footprint of independent public reviews is incredibly small and tells a completely different story

Bought a pair of there sandals a few weeks ago,as looked good on there site. After waiting weeks for delivery they finally came ,in a plastic bag . when i opened the bag it was plain to see they were the wrong size and of very bad quality( in other words cheap rubbish) Asked to return them and was told if i accepted 20% and keep the shoes it would be cheaper than returning them to china.So went down that road and accepted i had been had! Do not buy from this company unless you want cheap HAZARDOUS HEALTH SHOES.

I should have read the reviews before I purchased these sandals, but, the website looked ok and the comments seemed good. HA HA more fool me, I pride myself in usually being quite savvy and not falling for the sort of scams run by this company . The sandals arrived after a couple of weeks and as has been mentioned are cheap and no where near worth the £33+ pound that I paid. They are a cheap material with a smooth surface on the sole. The strong smell of glue when I opened the plastic bag was a health hazard. They are a little bit small but I'm not going to attempt a refund I've given two points because they are surprisingly comfortable, but am sure they will only be worn round the house.

Do not buy from this company. Ordered shoes weeks ago, still don't have them. They are somewhere in China, maybe? in Kun warehouse according to tracking. I have tried contacting them via email 5 times....no response. Have no high hopes of what the shoes will be like after reading other reviews. Totally believing this is a total scam and probably out some cash. Be warned....

Ordered a pair of sandals size 7. Took time to arrive and when they did, they were clearly not a size 7 more like a 3/4. I complained and, was offered a refund of 20% and, then 33% of my payment. It is a scam company and, I am now seeking redress through Barclaycard. My advice is DO NOT do business with a company who does not live up to its advertising promises.

Totally agree. This company is as bad as it gets. They have sent me the incorrect size shoes which I want to return without even opening the plastic bag as they are so obviously the wrong size. Fortunately I have a copy of my order and I have taken a picture of the sticker on the bag giving the size. Each e mail (and there has now been 4) says they have sent the correct size and each e mail increases the discount they will give me to encourage me to keep the shoes. (now at 35%) All I have to do to get a refund is to send them back to China at my expense. Fortunately Barclaycard are now investigating. On the plus side the shoes do look like the picture!

I Always check a company out to help me decide whether I want to trade with them. Jack - April reviewer for this company Orthohealthwalk - I strongly advise that you and anybody else does this before being caught up in a difficult situation. A hidden issue with 'too good to be true' deals is that you do not know what malware might be embedded on your device(s) by disreputable companies or Countries.
Be Aware - Check First - Don't get dragged into giving dishonest traders your contact information!!

This company formerly operated under the website TheOrthoWalk dot com, but changed names likely due to all the reports on this site under that name. The website and images are all AI-enhanced. The sandals I received are worth about $5, total garbage, no branding, no structure and were delivered flattened in a plastic bag. Their "no hassle" 30-day returns full refund guaranteed promise, doesn't tell you that you need to ship them back to China at your own expense. They also sent me long AI-generated emails peddling discounts instead of letting me continue with a return. FIVE emails later I finally got approved for a return and they gave me the address.. in China .. and said it was so expensive to send back that they were willing to give me a 20% refund. These shoes are crap, overpriced, misrepresented and if you look at Terms of Service (which I didn't cause who does that) on their website, they basically tell you they don't guarantee quality or stand behind the product at all. All that information should have been in Shipping & Returns. The part that really annoys me is I saw this as an ad targeting "elderly with balance issues." They looked so nice I bought them anyway for work. If anything, these things will kill your balance and break your ankles due to lack of support. These are terrible people.

UPDATE: Also found this online when I searched the name of the sender (this package came from Rancho Cucamonga CA, yet they want it returned to China):

The BBB has assigned an F rating to this entity.
