Good clinic
Went for a Dexa Scan, building fairy easy to get to from Bond Street. Greeted at reception by a nice lady who told me where to go. Down where Oryon were, it's a very nice private clinic, receptionist friendly and was told where to go. Met the Radiologist who told me what I needed to do. Gowns admittedly were not really made for the larger man, I hate getting gowns on at the best of times. Procedure was explained and over quickly. A very comfortable experience.

All the staff were extremely helpful and each one gave a warm welcome. This is so important when you’re feeling slightly anxious about having an MRI and XRay. Very clean environment.

Needs to be shut down
I have never seen a more careless and uneducated medical establishment. They lack transparency, try to overcharge you, and everyone at their reception and on the phone has no clue or empathy, they just follow process. Additionally, they keep to referring to their “clinical team” who’s rules must be respected at all costs, the clinical team must have pretty unique medical training as it consistently seemed to go against the advice of some of the most respected specialist consultants in the UK:
- Doctor required an MRI scan with contrast
- They confirmed the appointment, made us pay, and we only found out BY ACCIDENT that their “clinical team” decided to cancel the contrast and were going to proceed without telling us
- They forgot to refund us after we cancelled
- We had 3 doctors writing them telling them there is no risk from the contrast and that their “clinical practice is odd as this is not customary practice”
- They agreed to do it but requested an ADDITIONAL blood scan prior
- After paying for the blood scan just to get through things - they told us actually it’s been 8 not 7 days since the scan so we either do the blood work again or we cancel
- A renal specialist told us he deals with the largest imaging organisations in the UK and that oryon was being “unreasonably difficult and testing for something that neither a concern nor significant”
- The 73 year old patient now has a flight to catch, may be suffering from something we are unable to scan for and we are scrambling to find another solution with NO EMPATHY OR CONSIDERATION FOR FINANCIAL, EMOTIONAL, OR CLINICAL WELLBEING of the patient
Avoid these vultures at all costs!!!!

Good MRI service
Just in need for MRI and it was easy to get referral, book the scan quickly no waiting and for quite a good price. The whole scan took only max 20 min. And i got spoiled by radiologist they played music I choose in the headphones 😊

The booking process was not good.
The booking process was not good.
I had a referral letter that was sent via email and then not accepted. This meant I needed to speak to another doctor as a referral.
The payment part of the booking online was not working so my payment needed to be done over the phone.
The process at Oryon to do the scan was very good with the team providing very good customer service.
