I have anxiety and found the experience very calming and almost enjoyable. Very welcoming and friendly receptionist, really knowledgeable radiologist and felt completely at ease. The welcome area has a lovely coffee machine and is spotless. You are then taken to your own suite to change - which has wifi. Once in the MRI suite you are given headphones connected to Spotify with music of your choice and offered a blanket. They offer last minute and last night appointments until 11pm on weekdays with parking outside.

Impressive professional service. Everyone was helpful and caring. Appointment on time, reasonably priced in pleasant surroundings. Radiologist explained procedure clearly and even gave me a copy of the scans as I cannot print emails easily. Good baseline bone density assessment. I would definitely use Oryon Imaging again to measure any changes.

Superb patient experience. Easy online request portal. The people I spoke to on the phone listened and did what they said they would (called back when promised etc), MRI centre staff very welcoming and professional. The MRI scanner is well lit and comfortable to lie in. Same day scan at the weekend and report available before Monday morning. All for under £300. Not rocket science, just complete focus on customer service and quality. Recommend 100%

Easy to register and prepare for the MRI. Found the place with no issues, was checked in and prepped efficiently.
Scan itself was fine, although a shame the music wasn't working - it was a long 60mins LOL.

efficient welcome and careful checks. Everything started dead on time and before the scan everything clearly explained. I experienced unpleasant discomfort but am sure that is my knee complaining not the procedure. All over in good time and I caught the earliest of the three trains to Cambridge that I had lined up!
