You provided the requested documents on 28/12, and they were successfully verified on 31/12. After the verification was completed, your new withdrawal request was approved on 03/01.
About the timing: our Terms state that account verification may take up to 3 working days (72 hours) from the date of document submission.
This is why periods with weekends or public holidays can affect the overall timeline, even if withdrawals themselves are handled continuously. Additionally, our Terms explain that withdrawals are usually processed within 24 hours, but in certain cases withdrawal verification may take up to 72 hours from the date all necessary documents are submitted.
