Having received treatment from Josh, Charlotte and more recently Seb; I can absolutely highly recommend all the practitioners of Osteopathy at Castle Clinic. In fact, I am not sure where I would be without them! In addition to providing much needed relief from acute pain, Seb recently took the time to make a referral into the NHS diagnostics pathway. Filipe was personable and provided an excellent massage. It was my first ever sports massage and he took an educational approach making me feel comfortable.

I was suffering from significant back pain when I first visited Seb. After three visits it had markedly improved and I would have no hesitation in recommending him. I was a little worried about how the clinic would be after lock down Especially with all the PPE, but I felt really safe and comfortable with all the changes and it was lovely to see Josh again knowing that he always helps me feel better.

I recently contacted Seb due to my concerns regarding my desk set up at home, knowing that it working from home was going to be a longer term situation. We had an online consultation, I explained my current set up and that I didn't want to get rid of my current desk. Seb gave me advice on the benefits of movement and the ability to change positions whilst at my desk. He recommended a 'desk converter' which allows me to stand/sit whilst working. The device sits on top of my current desk, so making the change was simple.

This has been a game changer for me. I'm able to stand/sit during meetings and I actually feel more alert when working. I am very happy with the advice Seb gave and it was great that we could do this virtually!
