Got a bill for shipping after receiving item. They did not say that I had to pay extra for shipping. Do not trust this company.

The response is so rude. I know how shipping works. At no point in time did they say I was paying for the shipping. This company is truly the worst of the worst. Again, AVOID

The product received did not match the title, description, or image of product purchased. I sent multiple emails of concern with no response. The product I was sold apparently

I became extremely concerned about the length of time it took from accepting the order to preparing the package for shipment. (3 weeks)
I wrote to ask the company as to why it was taking so long to ship, no answer. I understand shipping delays, but it is hard to accept delays in preparing something to ship, when there is no mention of product availability.
