Ripped and damaged packaging on products inside the main box
Products look lovely but unfortunately the packaging inside the box with the actual products in were very damaged. Normally this wouldnt bother me but as they are christmas presents, this was really upsetting.

Hi Laura,
Thank you for your feedback, and we are so very sorry to hear this! We completely understand how upsetting it is when the packaging of Christmas presents arrives ripped and damaged, especially when the products themselves look lovely.
We take great care in packing orders, but we know damage can sometimes happen during transit.
We have sent you an email to the address connected to your order so we can get this sorted out for you right away, especially since these are gifts. Please check your inbox (including spam/junk) and reply to that message so we can discuss replacing the damaged items or finding the best solution for you before Christmas. 🙏
