Hi Gisela,

Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that the bikinis were too small. Each manufacturer has its own standards and size chart and some times, as in the case of bikinis that you ordered, each style can have its own, independent size chart. That is why it is so important to compare your own measurements with the measurements that are stated in the appropriate size chart.
In case of any doubt, we entourage our customers to contact our support team - which can easily be reached via our on-line chat or e-mail. Our consultants will do their best to advise the best possible size. We offer support in Spanish :)

Siento que los bikinis que ha recibido son demasiado pequeños.
Cada fabricante tiene sus propios estándares y las guías de tallas. A veces, como es también en caso de bikinis de su pedido, cada modelo puede tener su propia guía de tallas. Por eso es tan importante comparar sus propias medidas con las medidas de la guía de tallas de fabricante apropriada.
En caso de alguna duda sobre la talla, animamos a nuestros clientes a ponerse en contacto con nuestro equipo de atención al cliente (se puede contactar con ellas facilmente a través de chat on-line o por correo). Nuestras consultoras siempre harán todo lo posible para ayudar a elegir la talla con el ajuste perfecto. Ofrecemos el soporte al cliente también en español :)

Customer's satisfaction is very important for me and our entire OtherEden team. I also tried contacting you via e-mail a few days ago. I would love to hear back from you.

First of all, let me assure you that you can still return your order for a full refund. At OtherEden we offer extended, 30 days goodwill returns policy - this period starts from the date that you received your order. The return process is very simple- no need to print any documents- just send your order back to our registered address.

I can see that you placed your order on Sunday the 19th, and that it was dispatched to you the next working day (Monday the 20th). For our orders we use a third party fulfillment service -Fulfillment by Amazon. They do not allow sellers like us to include any additional materials in parcels that they sent. But thanks to their advanced and high standard service our customers can often benefit from courier services without any additional charge- like in case of your order. Where there any problems with delivery by the courier?
A PDF invoice to your order was sent to you via e-mail on the 20th of March (invoices are usually issued on the same day as dispatch or on the next). We do our best to provide necessary information on how to return items to us on our website (that is easily accessible at all times) in the section returns http://othereden.co.uk/Returns-chelp-eng-34.html. Would it be better if that information would also be included in the e-mail that we send with the invoice? I would really appreciate your thoughts on that.
