OTO for sleep
Wow. Just wow. I have suffered from insomnia for 13yrs and nothing has ever helped. I decided to try CBD and I tried another brand before OTO which didn't work. But OTOs sleep drops are absolutely incredible. I sleep for the first time in years. I have recommended it to so many people. I'm not one to leave reviews but honestly I never thought I'd find my sleep again so I am amazed. The price is quite a lot but sleep for me is priceless. Worth a shot for anyone struggling!

I was having trouble sleeping and watched a video with Lisa Snowdon using the sleep drops. I tried them and it's amazing how good they are. I love how you don't wake up feeling sluggish but all nice and refreshed. Highly recommend

Amazing products and superb customer service. My order was slightly delayed by only a day or two and the OTO team sent me some handcream in both full size and handbag size for free plus a £20 discount voucher for my next purchase. Customer service way above and beyond!

What an amazing product. I’ve only been using it for 3 days but I’m already seeing a change in my skin. It’s now glowing! My friends are also commenting on how much better my skin looks. They’ve started using it as well now.

Awful customer experience. Amateurish
Awful customer experience. Ordered items. It says next day delivery. Waited 4 days to be sent a message that they had dispatched. 9 days after order. Still no delivery. I had to chase them to find out what the issue was. Really poor customer service. No notification given of any issues. Items now out of stock will not be able to dispatch until 19th which is 17 days after initial order. Which I was notified had actually dispatched. If you go online now it still says next day delivery. Which it won’t be as the items are not in stock. If you want to support your mental health avoid their incompetence. Go elsewhere. Cannary next day delivery achieved. No problems. Very poor OTO. I posted on their instagram the same message as above which they deleted and then blocked me as a result. Afraid that people will hear about a real customer experience instead of being brave enough to publicly hold their hands up and be transparent and honest. I’m not posting any info that isn’t 100% truth and an accurate account of my customer experience. 1 star is only there as you can’t write a review without a star. 0 stars would be my accurate assessment. Especially after deleting my honest comments on instagram. Shame on you OTO.

Dear Lee, we pride ourselves on our customer service and quick delivery however, for the first time ever since OTO's inception, we not only let you down but a great deal of other customers. You must understand that unhappy customers are bad for business and as a small but growing business in a very regulated and complicated space, sometimes FMCG businesses are beset with problems that are completely out of their control. This is not an excuse, it is fact and for the first time in our near three year history we had one such problem that culminated in orders not only being delayed but not being delivered at all.
We tried ever so hard to explain the problem to you on the phone and more importantly, apologise and rectify, but you wouldn't hear it. The way you spoke to our customer services advisor was not acceptable.
You're welcome to your opinion and to air it. Contrary to your beliefs, we are not afraid at all about what people say about us which is why we have recently included Trustpilot as a way of people sharing their honest review.
We have refunded customers who requested one, apologised to everyone and given discounts to all concerned for their next purchase.
We can only apologise, again.

I have tried a few of the OTO products and have never been disappointed.
I recently ordered the Seltzer drinks and they are AMAZING! Not only does the drink have a delicious flavour (I particularly like the green tea and blood orange), I feel focused, and sharp. Will definitely order more.
OTO are an amazing brand and their customer service is top notch!

Avoid the trouble
So, the CBD sleep drops I order had arrived and when I opened the parcel, the seal of the box containing the drops had been opened. When I opened the box and inspected the drops, there is no seal on that. Odd, right? I wrote to Scotty saying that the product had no hygiene seal whatsoever and he responded that a new bottle was going to be sent. Nothing. I returned the original bottle with no help to cover the shipping costs either despite the error being on their side. I'm sure some poor chump will also get this used bottle and have to deal with what appears to be a long running con. £55 plus return shipping spent with nothing to show for it. JERKS!

As Scotty may have explained, we had to open a few boxes as we realised that some were missing the very smart insert that adds to the [normally] wonderful unboxing experience. The box should have been re-stickered but unfortunately in your case that has not happened for which we apologise. Everything we do is hand made and sometimes mistakes regrettably can happen. I can also assure that in no way is the product second hand - our industry is highly regulated and we were the first super premium CBD brand to be validated by the recent FSA (Food Standards Agency) Novel Foods legislation.
We asked you to return your bottle which you kindly did and it was received this morning - thank you. On receipt, a replacement was immediately sent to you and we had actually already decided to refund you in full for your trouble. We asked for the bottle to be returned because we take complaints very seriously and human error or not, we need to ensure that it won't happen in the future. Once again, we apologise unreservedly and hope you enjoy the Sleep Drops nonetheless. Best wishes OTO
